I have been coming to this store since it opened. Always had great management and friendly staff, with a very good selection. But I just found out, a month before I move away from Langley, they have a secret rewards program! Since I live between this store and another liquor store, I usually split my purchases up depending on what I’m feeling. I can’t tell you how many more times I would’ve come to this store if I had known there was a rewards program! I’m a sucker for those dumb points. Feeling like I got shafted after 10+ years of faithful purchases!
Serious, I’m am grumpy the program is not advertised, but it is a good store! Don’t hesitate to go there, just make sure you ask to sign up for their rewards program!

Grumpy people, poor customer service. The 2 employees were very upset that I took 4 of 10 empty spaces. My intention was to purchase about $500 of Budweiser for the weekend. I could not carry it all across to Safeway where there were other empty spots. "Where are all our customers going to park?" She said.There were no other customers at the time. I waited 5 minutes in my vehicle to count one walk in customer and by taking 4 spots bothered nobody except your employees. Never have I had a problem taking up more than one space especially being a customer that buys 4 times the average purchase. Why not have 4 parking spots. Why the big deal?

Ужасное обслуживание, цены не из дешевых. До этого раз покупала здесь, показывала международный биометрический паспорт и платила через Apple Wallet. Пришла в магазин, внезапно стали требовать кредитку или дебетовую физическую карту. Пошла за картой, вернулась, они начали требовать, чтобы на ней была фамилия и имя. У меня подобных карт нет. В Канаде можно платить любой картой, хоть физической хоть нет, хоть с Apple Wallet. При чем здесь вообще карта не понятно, а если я хочу оплатить наличкой, ее не принимают здесь ? По закону они должны требовать только документ, чтобы удостоверится в возрасте. Моя мама, которой 49 лет, пошла покупать с международным биометрическим паспортом, картой и наличкой, ей тоже не продали. Больше никогда не приду сюда, работники хамы, полный беспредел. В этом магазине каждый раз новые правила. Международный паспорт для них не документ, карта не карта, а наличка не принимается.
P.S. Очень смешно читать ответ магазина. Если международный биометрический паспорт для них не документ, как мне продали алкоголь в первый раз) и отказано было после того, как на карте не было указано ФИО, у меня канадская дебетовая карта, кредитки еще нет, по этому без ФИО.
Печальнее всего то, что данный магазин не умеет обслуживать клиентов и признавать свою неправоту, так вы постоянных клиентов не заведете)

Absolutely the worst service. No respect for their loyal customers. Manager needs to attend anger management classes and learn how to talk to customers. I plan to never go back. I also do not recommend this place. soon you will be offended. So why go.
