Communication between staff needs improvement.

I am no fan of the automated ordering of tires and comunicating with the system. Call backs for more info (talking to the same person) is very hard ( I'm old so not really used to a system like that). However, once all was arranged for the tire swap/change ( summer to winter) everything went better than smooth. To the point where we were informed that the wintertires were better than good enough for another year to use (50%tread left). Thank you

Zero star for the commercial tire front end office staff. Very rude and arrogant. Why do these people work customer service if they are so grumpy. Just do your job.

I brought my car in this morning to have both rear brakes done. The staff is so friendly, helpful and courteous. We often come in with our backs up concerned over past experiences from other places, but today I was at ease the moment I walked in, and my bill was exactly what I saw online when it was done a few hours later. They have a great pricing tool on their for the Make of your car. Great price and great people.

I had an excellent experience at Kal Tire! They fixed my flat tire in less than 25 minutes, and to my surprise, they did it for free since it was my first visit. Special thanks to Sandeep, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend their service!

Excellent service, went for a quick tire repair with no appointment, they had me in and out in less than 45mins!! Was around $40 for a tire repair.

Person at the front desk came out to inspect my tires. After she inspected the tires, she mentioned that they are in good condition and don't need to a tire rotation for another 10K to 15K. I suppose, they could have just did tire rotation without any communication . I appreciated that level of honesty.

I took my car in to have seasonal change over. While I was waiting they came out and told me all 4 of the tires they had taken off in the end of Sept. were no good anymore. I paid them $120 to store tires that were no good? Seriously? I asked why no one said anything and the girl said to me "I don't know". This particular location is TERRIBLE! Don't waste your time or money ever going here!
