I love to shop this place and been going to this location quite a while. Mostly, their staff are very pleasant but the lady staff today was very rude. Not very helpful. Not a good customer service.

They've got a sign up stating they are now 'cashless'. Sorry guys, my man and I wont be stepping foot in your again store again until this stops. I refuse to support stores that support where a cashless society is headed.

They will not accept cash at their retail locations. Cash is legal tender. Will not support this lunacy. The sales girl said it was because of covid. So you don't want to touch my cash but you'll touch the clothing that I just handpicked and then you touched, put in a bag and I take it home!? Makes total sense! ?

I had the most amazing time shopping at the Jack and Jones willowbrook location! The entire staff is very friendly and go above and beyond what we expected. My boyfriend hates shopping and the entire staff made shopping for my boyfriend a very entertaining experience (I think he’ll be back for more). They played amazing music and styled my boyfriend better than I could which made the whole experience fun, enjoyable and less stressful for not only me but him as well. Overall, the store has amazing vibes and products and the manager Mehak really knows her stuff and educated us both on Jack and Jones products and industry knowledge which was much appreciated as not many staff share such type of knowledge. I highly recommend shopping at this location and I will definitely be back especially now that my boyfriend is excited to shop more with the Jack and Jones staff :)

This store is beautiful visually and the workers are kind and welcoming! Especially the manager, Mehak. She made our shopping experience wonderful and easy. Will definitely come back to shop more!

Best service Ive ever had at a shopping mall outlet. I usually buy my clothes online and I walked in and was greeted by Ashton, helping me pick some clothes out for the Cabin. Great service by him. The kids going places
