Libra would get 5⭐. They're very caring.That other shelter they have is just horrible. Unprofessional, disheveled women with severe problems are running that miserable place.All the abused women are back with their abusers.A complete waste of resources.

They helped me and my family greatly after we ran away from my abusive father. The programs there made me feel comfortable and safe. I am now living a happy and heathy life, and Ishtar was a place that helped me get there. Also its next to a bakery, so it smells really nice.
