Always love going to Indigo Langley after Christmas! It is such a special tradition. ? my Dad always sent my kids Indigo cards for Xmas, and we loved going. He passed 5 years ago, and his wife continues to send the gift cards cherished memories

If I could give this place 10 stars, i would. I came here to return an item, and at first I waited in the main cash register line up. Just FYI, dont do that.Returns are handled at the back left of the store where there will be a customer service person standing and waiting to help in any way they can. The person was totally courteous, and with maybe 3 clicks of a magic techno wand in her hand, the return was done. Literally took less than 30 seconds. I've never seen the like.Utterly painless but for the 3 minutes I spent in a rather long line up previously at the front which moved so fast, I barely had time to peruse the impulse buy items along the line.The products in the store were a plethora of luxury items anywhere from beautiful pens to every book you can imagine to bed linens soft as clouds to actual ruby red capes to add some serious phantom of the opera flair to your outfit. Pretty pricey but high quality items are because they're, well, high quality. You get what you pay for.So if you're looking for great bargains maybe dont go here, but if you're looking for unique, luxurious, interesting items and equally high quality service, do go there. I will definitely go here next time I'm looking for a gift for someone special.This concludes my book on Indigo.

KRISTIN IS RUDE!!! I believe she could benefit from proper customer service training. I had a bad experience when calling in to ask a question. I had received a coupon for my birthday and when I was trying to check out it would accept my code but not deduct the coupon amount. I called Indigo to see if this was something they knew about and how to correct. Kristin answered the phone, I preceded to ask her and she told me ‘yeah I can’t help you that is an online issue and you need to call customer service’. I advised her I know it’s an online issue but wanted to see if they knew of anyone facing same issue or knew how to correct, she just stated ‘call them’. I then asked her if she had the number she then laughed and said ‘not in my pockets or anything, Google it’, I was so taken aback with her being so curt. I was like ‘I’m sorry I thought you may have it’ and she said ‘well I could look it up on my phone but it would take you the exact same amount of time’. Honestly at that point I wasn’t going to argue with a wall so I thanked her and hung up. I worked for Indigo years ago and they use to pride themselves on their great customer service, I guess not anymore.

Went for Christmas cards, and found a huge selection. AND - Buy 2 get the 3rd free. Perfect, and we found just what we needed. The only weird thing is the loyalty card. When I used it there was no benefit. Except they know who I am and what I bought. So - advantage Indigo, but not me. Not sure why I use it, ...

Ok for what's currently popular. Otherwise Chap-Indigo won't help with less common stuff. Too much focus on coffee mugs and comfy blankets. The location of the payment tills is effectively well hidden - poor arrangement.

Typical local business arrogance. Decided to turn away all the potential customers waiting for doors to open, becuase they decide they didn't want to open as per hours on sign. Another great example of why Amazon is so successful.

Lot of fancy things. Nice and cozy place to find a good book, some fancy cloth or some stationary items. Their collection is limited but gorgeous.

Really disappointed :(The store itself is lovely.The staff was not :(Hard to find a staffer and when I did, was shocked how disinterested and lacking in very basic knowledge they were :(Would NEVER go to this store again!!

I read hundreds of books a year and mostly deal with used books. I used to love chapters before it became a bed bath and beyond. I hadn't been in about a year and they had a book i wanted in stock. Entering the store was a shock: it is a disorganized mishmash and my only thought is "no wonder amazon is winning." I don't expect this company to survive and I will go back to the library and used bookshops.

There’s so much to look at. I could spend hours in here looking at the books, stationary items, and most especially all home goods. It’s quite pricy, but they have some sale items here and there. I would go just to hang out on a rainy day.

Clean and pretty store, where you can find gifts for yourself and your loved ones.Starbucks is attached to it, washrooms are available. Good customer survive and free parking.

I am bit disappointed when I first visited the store as I do feel store staff is biased in attending some people and neglecting others. Spend approx 30 mins and left the place and ordered books from Amazon what I needed.Won’t want to waste my time next time when I have other great options available for me. May be store success has got into the heads of staff and they don’t care
