New management is disappointing. Older staff used to be very friendly and very welcoming and remembered all their clients. There was laughter and a small town feel. It made this IGA stand out and be a 5/5. But welcoming and older staff have disappeared after new management... This is now just another soul-less store, makes me sad

I have to say the customer service is top notch! I forgot my lottery ticket and got it back from the kind cashier. Always greeted pleasantly and fresh food to boot! Prices are higher, but you get what you pay for in my opinion.

GREAT SERVICE Shany? (Caucasian female 50ish/60ish).
Nothing in return was expected from me after helping me . . .
As I got lost at night, she provided me with clear directions as to how to get to King George Boulevard. In doing so, she even showed me how to use Google maps on my smartphone!

Awesome little store that carries a lot of European specialty items. Prices are on the high side but it is convenient, the store is clean, and the staff are friendly.

Small neighborhood store that is well kept and has some good sale prices. I also like that they actually have a Butcher working in their Meat Dept and not just a regular staff member.
