Well, he explaine to me that antibiotic is good. The one I took it before it work it just take time, he also said me three days he use warm water and salt and goggles and some of those candy for sore throat be OK so I will follow up with his decision and if it’s still there, I will be communicating with him. He seems nice and polite, thank you IDA to get the appointment for me. Hopefully I get better.

Often times when you go to a pharmacy you don’t feel well. The personnel at IDA Willoughby really make an effort to get to know all their customers and learn their names. That really makes you feel welcome and changes the experience for good.

Very professional and pleasant to talk to. Wish I knew of this wonderful service before. Had been in severe pain with an infection and was treated like trash at the Primary Care and a few other clinics with no choice but to go the ER and wait 7 hrs for a simple antibiotic. Thanks again for your help

The best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Friendly, helpful and personal service. I feel I can really trust these folks.They were fantastic today in helping us navigate getting a prescription for my father who is visiting from overseas and lost his medication.
