I absolutely love ICR! They have some of the best prices and I find something every time I go. Over the years, I've gotten most of my clothing, kitchenware's, and books from here and it's even better knowing my purchases support an amazing cause. Last time I was in the store, I got an almost new Babaton body suit for $7!! Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

We came to donate clothes, and the lady at the back side (donation side where you ring the bell) was very rude and unprofessional as we wanted to drop off just the clothes and not the bags. They are really big ikea bags and we use these for other stuff too. When we said that we just wanted to drop off the clothes and even offered to help, she said "then you can take back your bags and your clothes too, I don't have the time I am busy", turned back and walked away. If there's a strict policy about not taking the bags back, she could have just told us nicely. I'm really disappointed, never donating clothes here again.

Went to drop of some clothes I hated parting with, thought this place would be perfect to contribute to. Unfortunately I had 1 down jacket in with the clothing, woman at the back said she didn’t want it and gave me a shoo gesture with her hand. Ended up taking all items to another store who was okay with taking 1 fall/spring jacket, to get summer dresses, shorts, tops and T-shirts.Funny how a bad experience like this leaves you saying ‘never again’ ?

Awesome thrift store for thrifters like me, they have amazing sales daily and monthly and really nice clothing pieces. While I do not support their cause (further then buying from them) I do love some good deals on clothes, so if that's also what you are looking for this is the place! I have left with several dresses and fabric and only spent around $15! Actually thrift prices unlike value village/ salvation army/ talize that can be higher.

I shop here all the time and always find the best things! They have amazing prizes and really good deals. The volunteers/ staff are awesome AND all the money goes to such a good cause!!
