The guy who is working there is super rude. They have sign outside that flue shots available there, we came with my kids and he gave me a lecture that even the sign is over there it doesn’t mean it is available all year around. He talked as I should know about it. No sorry, no nice explanation, I felt I did something wrong coming there and asking. What a jerk!

Awful pharmacy. Staff are not efficient. I asked for a refill request to be sent to my doctor a week before I ran out and they faxed it two or three times before realizing it was the wrong fax number which I had to give them. I had to pick up an emergency supply because of their carelessness. When I should have just been able to pick up my prescription. I also went two days without my prescription before getting the emergency supply because I was told that they were gonna have it done. I was told to get a 10 emergency supply so if it happened again I would have “extras” even though I only wanted a weekend supply. Now I can’t pick up my prescription that I have been waiting over a week for because it won’t be covered by my insurance because I had to get this emergency supply. Super unhappy with the lack of care didn’t double check where the original prescription came from didn’t double check the fax number on file match the clinic or doctor. If a patient calls and tells you that the fax wasn’t received the first thing you should do is check the Dr.’s name and fax number match the clinic. Or ask where the doctor works… and maybe follow up with the clinic if you know that the pt has already ask twice for a refill request, and you know it hasn’t been received prior. Call don’t just check your fax went through. I also never once received an apology for the inconvenience they have cause me. I went in twice and called three times regarding all of this. Just super unhappy with my experience..

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for nearly two years. I began to notice that my cost for insulin was always changing and odd amounts when they had been 100% covered. Sometimes I was charged upwards of $35 even with dual coverage. When I said something, I was told my insurance was only covering 78% which is such an odd amount. Even if this was accurate, it would not explain the constantly changing amounts each time I refilled. I called my insurance and was told the pharmacy was charging me more than what the medication cost. This was not a dispensing fee. I have moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Fast and easy. Had a little trouble understanding at first but I said I was having a hard time and either the Dr. went off speaker or increased volume and then it was great.

Went to this IDA for a COVID shot - WORST vaccination ever!!! I got SIRVA (Google it) because they don’t know what they’re doing. Not to mention the garbage on the floor, boxes blocking aisles, obvious lack of health and safety protocols. DO NOT GO HERE

Bought this on August 18th 2023 in this store, came home and found the expiry date is September 2023, in 2 weeks. The owner told me over the phone that they can replace it but I have to there today, I don’t understand why. There was no apology, sounded condescending, like he is doing me a favour….Too much hassle to drive all the way there. Waste of my time and gas.

Mohammed assisted me when I was visiting Langley for work and came down with severe food poisoning. He offered to deliver the medication I needed as well as other supplies. Before doing so he researched and found that the medication was not suitable for pregnant women. He offered support by way of a phone appt with a doctor, as I was from out of town. After all that, he eventually followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was feeling better. I have never received this level of care from my home town or care services. WAY TO GO Mohammed.

Extremely cluttered and dirty, old white guy behind the counter stalked me as I was looking around. Did not have basic variations of Advil, lots of empty shelves due to “supplier shortage” he told me. He lacked the knowledge necessary to advise me about products and the location of them. Would not recommend wasting time in there.
