Amazing experience renting a vehicle from this location. The staff is extremely professional & friendly. Many thanks to Mr. Tushar, Mr.Ali (Manager of this location), & Mr. Gautham. My rental demands were addressed in a prompt manner & the vehicle given to me was very clean & excellent. Definitely a thumbs up on my end for this location & my sincere thanks & gratitude to the entire staff. Cheers!

Tushar, Hussien and Gautam are just a breeze to get your rental from, the staff at this location are very warm and friendly and are willing to adjust to your needs. I do not understand the negative reviews here, been renting from this location for the past 5-6 times and it’s always been very smooth!

Police called back taking more details and constable will be speaking with establishment over threats and aggressive behaviour of employees in front of minors. Credit card charges were not removed so officer recommended to sue them as well and reading the reviews about the same thing happening to other people renting from them I should have protected my kids better, they never needed to learn f word and f u up means from stranger aggressive men yelling at their mother. If this is how he behaves on public I’m afraid to imagine what he does at home. I can’t believe it’s hertz . I’ve sent those reviews to my adjuster so they will never rent for anyone from that location and Reborn manager will be calling their manager who wasn’t there today to see what his employees are doing . I was volunteering with numerous vulnerable populations and this is the only place where I’ve got assaulted by a man twice bigger than me who was upset I discovered double villains credit card charges fraud . I hope one day he will come across a big man who will put him back into his place. Weirdly he didn’t say to a police officer to f her. Disgusting and shameful behaviour

Employee has assaulted and threatened a customer and kids. Police is involved. It is not a safe place for women or children and absolutely not trustworthy. No invoices for long term insurance rentals and threats upon requesting one. Criminal dangerous place.

Gave me a disgusting Chrysler 300 smelled like garbage so filthy everywhere brakes not working properly suspension rattling 50k km on the car. said they have no other rental and i have to pay $20 extra for a drivable car ridiculous will contact hertz corporate and report this location. left with no car talked with icbc and they are going to tell reborn to use enterprise from now on

We tried to get a car last minute this week as we needed to get work done on our vehicle down in Langley. This is the week before Christmas mind, so no cars were available online. On the off chance we phoned this location and spoke to Raj. Raj is a problem solver. Raj solved our problems. He found us a car, he gave us a great rate. Two thumbs up for Raj.

I am Hertz gold member, this my first time to use this location. Very friendly and their cars are fairly new and clean. They give me free upgrade, never force me to pay their insurance or any optional services(had a really bad experience with another big name car rental company where they told me all the horrible stories happened to people who didnt buy their insurance). Overall, Based on my experience in May,2016 . I do recommend this place. There is also bus stop very close to this location
