The worst store when it comes to organization, cleanliness and of course, customer service. The workers including the manager are extremely rude. They do not know the rules and regulations of customer service. When asked what was their names, they said "at H&M we are not allowed to share our personal information with anyone". I'll drive 30 mins extra to go to another H&M but never again in this location.

Horrible experience with this location! The manager could answer my concern with a better attitude. I am very disappointed and will never come back. I can drive miles to another location, but not this location, even though it is just 10 mins from my home. The experience I had at this location made me wonder if it is worth continuing buying from H&M after so many years supporting their business.

Horrible experience at this location. The female employee made mistake after mistake after mistake (to the point where she lost the pieces I was purchasing) then tried to gaslight me saying it was me. I’ve never seen this kind of unprofessionalism. After seeing all the negative reviews of this location, I’m going to try to contact corporate.

Tried to return an item within 5 days, with the original receipt, with the tags still on it, that I didn't wear, and was denied my return by the manager. I tried it on at home, didn't like it and hung it up back on a hanger before putting it back in it's original bag.The reason I was denied the return, was that there was white "lint" on the dress. The lint in question was from a white H+M acrylic and polyester sweater that was in the same H+M bag. I have NEVER had a bad experience with a clothing store in my entire life, but to deny a return due to lint coming off another item due to the poor quality of the manufacturing of the clothing in question is absurd. When I worked retail, we always had steamers and lint rollers to maintain the quality of our items. The quality of the items at H+M is terrible, the fabric is cheap. There was no damage to the dress, to the seams of the dress, no dirt and no perfume, because I never wore it other than to try it on. And I was denied a return due to microscopic fibers from their own clothing. My friend ALSO had the exact same experience with the same manager trying to make a return on a different day. They care more about making sure they hit their sales targets for the day, then they do about customer experience, and long term sales. Half of the clothing in the store already has loose threads, and poor seams due to poor manufacturing quality that they will blame on the customer. You just lost a life long customer. I will not be going back to this location ever. My friend won't either. That's probably why your sales targets are low, because your customer service is terrible. Which is why this location is not even at 3.5 stars. Interactions with customers like this one, will cost thousands of dollars of more business in the long run, then a cheap $45 dress. Ridiculous.

The exchange policy is ridiculous. I got a gift from someone, needed a lower size. The exchange was denied saying it was a staff purchase and the person is not here. They asked to pay the difference due to staff purchase discount. All I required was a size lower, nothing else - no refund, no store credit nothing

Overall negative experience. Wife wasn't allowed in the change room with me (fair I guess, even though I was only getting shirts) and also wasn't allowed to wait in the hallway. Employee suggested I text her to walk back and forth as I try each garment on which seems like a huge waste of time when she could have easily stood outside the curtain. Took my overpriced $50 shirt to the till and had to decline a membership three separate times before the cashier let me pay. Won't be back.

Just had the worst customer service experience with the store manager. Asked her for the name so I can’t complain but she didn’t even give the name. Had the gift receipt with me, but they refused to take the clothes.

Had a very disappointing experience trying to return less than $40.00 in clothing that was purchased less than 2 weeks ago. Tags on, receipt on hand. Instead of a friendly and sympathetic demeanour that was met with smirks and uncaring customer service. I had to call the corporate line for clarification on return policies and that representative was the only H&M employee in this situation to be helpful. They confirmed that Rubin was not the Store manager as I was falsely informed. The real store manager, Liv wouldn’t come out to assist me, it was apparent that they didn’t want to address the store associate named Rubin falsely representing themselves as the store manager. Was promptly dealt with by Sara who didn’t have to punch in anything special or complicated to allow the return rightfully to my account. I could go into greater detail about how I was given the run-around but I just wanted to leave this review so that others could be warned not to purchase anything from this store that has the slightest chance of being returned. The affordability of H&M is no longer worth the abysmal customer service!
