Horrible store managers are completely unprofessional and don’t know how to run a business. Complete joke, they made horrible comments on me and I’m underage made me feel extremely uncomfortable

Saw what looked like an employee crying leaving the staff only room… need to take a real good look at the mirror if that’s how management treats their minimum wage making retail employees. Do better.

I WAS AT THE STORE DAYS AGO AND I WITNESSED HOW CONDESCENDING AND DISRESPECTFUL THE STORE MANAGER WAS TOWARDS HER EMPLOYEES!! Plus her bad customer service and she wasnt really helpful with the questions I have asked about the sizes on the clothes that I wanted. I just do not understand why H&M is keeping this kind of management.
