I purchased a WeatherSoft pack of gloves with a price tag of $28.99, but the system charged me $30.99. A 2-meter-tall guy saw the pricing error and simply said it was wrong without any apology. Very poor service attitude.

I recently had a driver fitting with Cho through the new studioX available at the Langley location. I did not know what to expect going in as this was my first fitting ever. It turned out to be such a great decision, Cho was such a great fitter, took me through all the options and I felt super comfortable in the fitting studio, it also helps that the studioX fitting is private 1 on 1. I was offered drinks multiple times, every question I had was answered, and I felt like I got the full experience. I ended up ordering a new driver with the help of Cho, and every option was explained to me during the fitting and the ordering processs, I was told why we were trying each shaft or a specific head and what the effect was supposed to be and why certain shafts felt certain ways. I would 100 percent recommend going to see Cho and booking a studioX fitting at the Langley Golf Town!

Had a great experience getting fit with Cho at GT's Studio X! He had tremendous attention to detail & the caliber of the fitting bay was exceptional. Highly recommended.

I had my first club fitting with Cho yesterday and it was an amazing experience. The new studio is extremely welcoming, organized and professional. Cho was a wealth of information and extremely helpful.
He did not try to rebuild my swing, he built clubs for my swing. The immediate feedback from the monitor is very accurate and insightful. Cho took a club that I was hitting okay and changed a few things so the ball was flying off the face and the dispersion was tight.
I've been golfing for over 20 years and usually shoot in the low 80s and never really believed the hype in club fitting...I thought it was just for professional players. I am now a believer and will always get fit...it makes sense to me now.
A few of the things I enjoyed most about my session:
- Cho did not try to upsell me...he stayed in my budget
- the studio is private and club fitter is focused on you
- I was excited at the end of my session and confident about my purchase
Thanks Cho! You have done a bang up job with that studio and I will definitely be back to be fit for a putter.

Ordered two custom irons through the GM Matt. Matt was super helpful, irons showed up faster than expected and the customer service ended up being great.

Purchased MGI zip navigator few months ago but had to bring it in for battery issue and Tony Kim helped us from A to Z and always kept us updated and super friendly and got it back shortly after and works like a brand newYou are the best Tony thank you !!!

I got my re-grip done and their job was very poor and while some mangers tried to fix it one of the manager was trying to say it is normal. Please look at the photo of first re-grip job that this store did on my 10 irons. Exact same grips installed in all different lengths.
