I went in to the willowbrook location to upgrade my phone and had the pleasure of having Zack assist me. I couldn’t be more impressed with Zack’s level of professionalism and kindness. He went above and beyond to be sure my phone upgrade was seamless and stress free for me! I truly appreciate his helpful demeanour…. It’s staff like Zack that make people repeat customers!

I just want to do a wonderful review on Zoe she went above and beyond for my daughter and I resolving problems with our phones and keeping us with freedom as this issue with both of our phones was the first time that we ever had any issues and she cleared up everything for us. She should get a raise. She knew exactly what was wrong and repaired both our phones. While explaining what was wrong. We both are very happy now that this was all resolved in a professional manner.

I have been with this company for years and have had nothing but good service. There is a lovely lady named Zoe who works here, she is incredibly helpful and very intelligent, knows her way around technology, along with a fun witty personality. Highly recommend!

Garbage place stay away
The customer service is appalling, waited 25 minutes in line and the csr decided to help her friend who just walked in.
Need proper trained customer service staff.
The lady said the person had been waiting but unfortunately she didn’t realize I can speak the same language in which she told her friend “it’s ok I will just lie to them and say you were waiting outside”
Won’t give my hard earned money here
