Kunal is a really great personal trainer at Fitness World Langley. He’s very knowledgeable and hands on with adjusting your form and explaining the movement. If you have any pain while working out, I definitely recommend trying a few sessions with Kunal.

Jaime is the funniest and friendliest Mexican guy you can ever meet in the front desk! He always greets you well and helps you with anything you need with a big smile.
There is also an amazing trainer named Logan, we did a complementary Goal Assesment and during the session he was professional and straight forward, I've seen him training clients, Would recommend for training.

When I first came in I was super nervous because I've never had a gym membership before, but after talking to the receptionist, Chantelle, I felt way better! She helped me sign up for a membership quickly & smoothly, very helpful and kind!

Whenever I go to the gym I get greeted by the kindest woman ever, Chantelle! She is always so sweet and I love to have fantastic banter with her. Sometimes when I don't really feel like working out, she really brightens my mood. One time I got a little cut on my finger and she ran to grab me a bandaid and fixed me right up, no hesitation.

joined because Chantelle let me know about the awesome $1 enrolment promo! she's been so kind to work with while signing up for my membership. I workout some days early morning and she always greets me when I come in! Chantelle was super helpful with giving me a tour and answering any questions I had. Overall great experience

I had a free personal training session with Kunal and found it to be extremely beneficial. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with correcting my posture and educating me about my body and why I have certain pain. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer with a holistic approach!

I wanted to do a walk in and I came across to such a friendly and bubbly sales deskperson Chantelle. She gave me such an easy vibes in accommodating me and never felt judged in using the gym for the first time. Hope others would just be like her and customers would just feel happy going in and out of the gym. Good job, Chan!

The service and enviornment at Fitness World Langley was very welcoming and great! Chantelle was very polite when greeting me and took time to go over the few questions I had. She was very nice and helpful! If she sees this I want her to know she helped a lot with my fear of working out around other people that day!
