Very pathetic customer service and very un cooperative staff at the gas station. They simply don't care and just busy in their own world. No matter if you request them or say with polite. They have an dumb ear to your requests.

The worst car wash. Paid $14+ for a basic car wash. I got water+soap+water. Dirts were not removed even slightly. Don’t understand why this place is always crowded.

Absolutely appauled at their disgusting customer service. I was accused of lying about a missing piece of plastic for the 5 dollar air freshener I purchased. Then the lady smiled and laughed and said that I'm weird??? Then I tried to get her to repeat herself to me, but she tried to pretend like it never happened. Then once she finally owned up to it I let everyone in the store know as I raised my voice... and people were shocked. Then once I asked when the manager is available, she gave this very unconcerned unserious look and it was like she was trying to contain laughter... as if the manager wouldn't do anything. So I contacted head office.I guess this is the type of service I get for a luxury car wash, air freshener and full tank of gas and the thousands of dollars I've spent there throughout my life.

Late night workers shouldn't lock doors and block access. Otherwise, ATM machine plus bitpay machine is super handy. Watch out for the new $3 fee on the ATM recently added
