My father, who is 84, wanted a new kitchen and we decided to go with Elite after meeting Ken. Ken took a lot of time with us up front and assured us we would get the support and service so it was a smooth and easy renovation. I was very involved with the process so my dad wasn't too overwhelmed and both Ken and Greg made it easy for me to work with them from afar (since I am not local). The communication was great throughout the process and the kitchen tear out to completion was very smooth and timely since they had all the contacts in place to take care of all aspects (flooring, tile, countertops, plumbing, etc). My dad is now enjoying his beautiful new kitchen. Would highly recommend Elite Kitchens without hesitation.Services: Countertops

We had kicked around some kitchen designs on our own and taken them into the usual big box stores to have them drawn up and look at their cabinet options and pricing. All around the same price and similar "stock" cabinet sizes with limited options. I had heard good things about Elite, and brought my sketch in to have them price the cabinets. Ken insisted on seeing the kitchen and measuring properly before he would design and price the job. The first sign of professionalism which continued throughout the entire process. Two days later, I had Ken's drawings in hand which had a few changes (for the better) and some custom sized cabinets to eliminate many of the fillers that were part of the other guys' plans. And the best part? Elite's cabinets were at the same price as the "other guys". Better design, better cabinets, installers that only install cabinets (they know what they're doing). No brainer!Super happy with the whole process. Great product, great design, beyond great worry free installation. You need not shop anywhere else, Elite Cabinets will amaze you with their product, their service and their attention to detail. And I do have to mention Travis and Pooya, the installers. They went above and beyond what I would expect from finishing carpenters. I don't know how Ken found them, but he definitely hit the jackpot.Recommended 100%!Services: Kitchen cabinet design

Called to be greeted by someone who didn't provide a great experience, emailed with pictures and measurements to get no response. Not the greatest way to attain new clients. For a company that is very active on their social media, I would atleast expect a reply. I know someone is capable of returning an email or phone call, disappointed to get neither and feel dismissed as a new customer. Would recommend elsewhere.

I called and talked to the designer last month at kitchen Elite, she told me to sent lots of pics and measurement of kitchen. After I sent her everything, and went to see the showroom, she said she would sent me the design two weeks later, but we never heard back from her, not even a phone call or any design plan. We have been waiting about 4 weeks now, still nothing. Wasting our times to take pictures and to measure everything and to go there, not even a reply for my email. Even at the showroom, she was not very eager to help or talk, they should get a more professional person. In short, we are taking our business somewhere else. We found other place that has a more professional people and eager to help.

Project: small kitchen counter top to be replaced + intallation.
Oct 28- we were looking around for kitchen counter top to see what options we have. We talked to several people and visited two places. One of them was Elite Kitchen. Ken was around to answer our question. We already know EXACTLY what we want (since we learned from previous places we visited) and told Ken. Right off the bat, he gave us a quote of $500 including installation. Too good to be true right. He even said “that was easy”. And I left happy and satisfied we found the place and for the qoute that we got. Ken sounded so sure and confident and he told us to email him the picture so that he will look for the closest color for laminate ( we want the same colour or close enough- we are not picky). I even told my husband “wow that was fast. He knows exactly what we are talking about and gave us the qoute. He must be the owner”.
Days passed by. No email back.
Oct 30. I called and left a msg.
Oct 31. Ken called back.
A msg to Ken
When we went into your store, we were serious and know exactly what we wanted. Did you take us seriously? When you talked to my husband over the phone, you didnt even remember us (sure that can happen with all the customers you are dealing with. Remember I told you before we left, we will email you right away. We were at your parking lot when we emailed the picture). it was DISAPPOINTING AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL that you were just checking the email we sent you on Oct 28, while talking to my husband today Oct 31.

Again, today My husband had to explain himself again what we wanted. Already in the email. and was explained to Ken on Oct 28.
The quote? ——$1200 for the same countertop we asked for and quoted $500 when we were in your store. VERY MISLEADING.

From the first visit to our house, we knew Alex was far from any other company quoting our job. We were extremely impressed with Alex’s level of professionalism and honesty. Just had Elite install new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen, laundry room, and powder room as part of a full main floor renovation. They did a terrific job. Ken helped us through the entire process and the end result is a phenomenal kitchen! Travis the installer was awesome - superb attention to detail. I highly recommend Elite Kitchens & Bathrooms.
