I have to say, they pretty consistently have the usual in stock, staff keeps to themselves, cashiers are usually busy but kind. Store is definitely better-kept and doesn't feel grungy as some may.

Very bad service
I waited for a long time, but the cashiers were not working efficiently and treated me poorly.
As a result, I left all the ingredients I had picked out and decided not to purchase them.

Usually good prices. However I have had the worst customer service experience at the front counter. The cashier placed my change onto the counter and slid it across the counter. Making me have to pick up each coin. When he could have easily handed to me. Zero customer service. Lazy people.

We always have good experience at Dollarama with Palwinder Kaur. She works here as a cashier. She is very helpful and looks very dedicated towards her work.

I find many things that don't need to be high end-garden hooks, hair clips, smaller containers of cleaners(stain remover, powdered cleansers). My one complaint is their self checkout. Even when my change is more than a dollar, it is all nickels and dimes.

I apologise greatly for writing a one-star review because I bought a Tim Horton's gift card that was declined. I have since learned that the card was fine, and it was a Tim Horton's employee's fault.
I've been here only once, but I am able to accurately say that it is a great place for karaoke props. Thank you.

Great place with great prices for a variety of general merchandise ranging from kitchen gadgets, cleaning supplies, dishes & tableware, seasonal items, office & school supplies, dog/cat toys and products and food & candy items. Sadly some stock is often limited and changes with next available inventory.

They always close the store early by 30mins to an hour. They also have terrible customer service plus for students they won’t let more than 2 people at a time which makes getting snacks for lunch for the nearby high school very difficult and makes students late for class daily.
