I was shocked at the rudeness and complete ineptitude of the 2 old ladies trying to process a return of one of their products. I honestly thought i was being pranked and was on camera it was so bad. I will never buy anything here in this lifetime or any subsequent. Shameful experience, the worst service i have ever received in my 53 yrs. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this langley store.

I came in yesterday to pickup something for my mum, but was so amazed with the incredible selection and quality of product I had to pick up some things for myself! The sales lady was incredibly kind and helpful. Just super nice and knowledgeable. I could not believe how soft the bedding was. Just so well made. I would totally recommend if you are looking for quality bedding! And a huge shout out to the sales lady who was so patient in helping me pick things out :)

We bought a $700 quilt which we like a lot and we got told to call them if there was any questions or stain to remove, my husband called on Labour Day and told me he is going to try if they are open and some lady picked up the phone and my husband apologized that he called on the Labour Day , first everything was good then after about 5 minutes she started to get sour and mad and telling my husband why he called half an hour earlier than their opening time in a very bad attitude ,,I wished I knew her name but Daniadown , you lost my business,, that lady’s attitude was beyond disgusting to my sweet husband who apologized as soon as she picked up the phone..good luck Diniadown
