Been taking my vehicle here since I got my license. Dan and Spencer are very thorough as well as the rest of the team! When another shop couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vehicle they could! I definitely appreciate the phone calls updating me on my vehicle. Keep up the great work!

I had a very disappointing experience at Dan Hansen's Auto. I took my truck in for a spark plug replacement a while ago, but when I visited a different shop a few weeks ago, I discovered that the plugs had never been gapped. This oversight is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of attention to detail, which ended up costing me a lot extra in fuel. I would never use this shop again and cannot recommend their services.

I found this company online when I was looking for someone to rebuild my Pathfinder motor.I had significant problems over the last 3 years that no one seemed to be able solve, including Nissan.I assumed that because my vehicle had 480k on it, that the motor needed a rebuild.Dan provided a price that I agreed to and delivered the vehicle accordingly.He phoned and advised that before he did the rebuild, he would like to do a diagnostic to determine what was wrong with the car first since the problem could theoretically still exist after the rebuild. I agreed.A long story short, after replacing parts that had already been replaced by others in the last 5 years, all of a sudden the car was fine and did not require a rebuild since the compression was fine and there were no leaks etc.Dan Hansen Auto saved me thousands. What is not to like?!I did not write this immediately since I wanted to test drive the vehicle. It is now 3 months later and not a hint or a whisper of past issues.I believe that they are extremely thorough and capable.

Always add 30 % to the Quote. They are always more than what they quote. And if you can't pay the astronomical bill they will sieze your vehicle until you pay. And I was an awesome customer with many referals

I’ve been going to this Dan's shop for a few years and couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of my repair. They were upfront about the repairs needed and and what could be pushed to another date. I was quoted an amount, I told them my budget and they worked with me to achieve our mutual goal. Quality is their primary goal and it was evident in everything they did. From the front office into the garage, everything looked so clean and organized as well as smooth running. I am so impressed with their service. Attention: Don't go there if you have any engine problems they can fixed it but after two or three weeks another problems start in engine tell you 100% truth. Trust me no lying be careful go there.Services: Electrical repair

I’ve been using Dans for many years now for my many vehicles. Spence and his team has always provided top notch service, fair pricing, honest a courtesy car and they wash your vehicle when they are done. What other garage gives that level of service today. NONE! But these guys do. They are always really busy so be patient it’s worth it.

I’ve been going to Dan Hansen for years I think 6 years. Sure there have been issues but they stood behind it and fixed it. This time I’ve been in 6 times for my heater. Never had any issues for 14 years on this issue until I took it in. Oh it this or oh it’s this or ok it’s this. And when you’re driving 7 hrs in -12 weather enough is enough. I took it back in still under warranty and was told we won’t charge you this time. Wow. I’m done this place is a joke they do things to get more money
