Even though I explained to these people that my neighbour parked and blocked me in for 2 extra days, they weren't interested at all in helping me out by reducing the cost of the rental. Instead I got threatening phone calls about not returning the vehicle on time. It cost me over $3,500 to make a move back to Edmonton from Maple Ridge. It literally cost me 50cents/km for their big gas guzzling diesel 5-ton truck - ridiculous (very upset they didn't offer an accurate prediction). So a note of advice for all who may read this - choose a pod or container service instead - I would have saved at least $500 plus all my travel time back and forth (as I had to return the truck).

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Made sure I got the right truck for driving through mountain passes in winter conditions. Trucks were clean and performed perfectly.I will be doing business with them again in the future.

Clearway Car & Truck Rentals really saved our bacon this summer when a competitor forgot to mention their truck couldn’t go to the USA. Fortunately for us, not only did Clearway assure that the truck could cross the border, but the over-all rental was less expensive AND they provided a brand new vehicle, a 5-ton with a 26’ box. It drove like a dream; all the modern accessories, even if the seat could not recline. The staff was extremely helpful, both during pick up and drop off. I would absolutely recommend this company if you are considering a truck rental in the lower mainland.

Clearway is a life saver. After another infamous moving company bailed on me 24 hours before my move to the Okanagan, I frantically searched for options. Allison at Clearway answered my phone call with assurance that they had what I needed when I needed it, which was the next day. This was also end of the month, so a busy time obviously and they helped set me up no problem. Truck was a beauty, 26footer, with no issues, almost brand new, driving it was a pleasure. Thank you Clearway!
