Never once been to this bank with more than 1/2 tellers working. Lineup is all the way to the door every time I come here.

I total agree the Bank manager she very rude.The service is not like before.There is few employees are really nice .BUT the Bank manager is very rude they should change the manager .

Thought it would have been a great bank, as my Mom has been very happy with them. However, my experience left me in tears! Not only was the customer servie guy making me feel uncomfortable with laughing and smerking at my situation, I have NEVER felt so disrespected or uncomfortable in my life. I've been told different things about holding my cheques everytime I've gone in and that there was no point in booking with an advisor as I have to wait 6 months for helds to be lifted! Well wouldn't have gone with CIBC in the first place! The waits for tellers a obserd. Worst banking experience by far, just horrible!!

Just had a visit today with Cibc Cloverdale branch. It’s pretty much straight forward and easy for account opening , asked lot of questions on account and credit cards types and transactions/ usage process the representative (Rahul) was great and kind he answered all my questions . Thanks for end to end process support, I really appreciate it.

CIBC has caused financial, emotional, and symptomatic physical distress to myself and my family. After years of using this banking service, it no longer serves me or my financial needs, but rather the opposite. Client Management is extremely rude. You get passed around and the new agent you are transferred to has 0 idea why you're calling, making you state the reason for your call several times and waiting on hold for sometimes hours.A branch employee told me I couldn't close my account because I would need to wait for my monthly fees to be withdrawn, which I was told is not the case by customer service. Read your terms and conditions carefully because they will screw you.

Well as usual this branch ranks. I mean the service is rank! In a long line for 15 minutes and add three person in front of me gets to go, the teller closes. 12 more people behind me. Shame one you! Guess she needed a coffee. We could have all done with one. Shocking services but never surprising. That's why I'm go to TD

I have a business and go into this bank at least 3 times a week to make deposits. Every time I go in the is a long lineup of people waiting to speak with a teller. The bank has 8 teller desks but they seem to only ever have 2 tellers on at a time. This problem affects me drastically as I know when making a deposit that I will be waiting in line for over a 1/2 hour at least. I have brought this issue up a number of times with the branch manager and every time all I get is attitude. My time is very valuable and waiting in a long lineup does not sit well with me. It seems that this branch really does not care about their customers. I have $$$ that I want to deposit and the branch seems to not care. Put on more tellers, at least when there is a big line which always seems to be the case.

The employees here are so oblivious and have no common sense.I had an estate planning done. The manager told me someone will be in touch in an hour and gave me his name.He didn't call until I called him at the end of the week and he didn't even give any condolences on my loss. Had nothing ready and wanted me to come in when it was inconvenient for me.Finally saw someone to sign papers and yet again No condolences from these advisors. Just wanted me to sign my papers and leave and didn't try to answer any questions.You're better off dealing with people on the phone then going into the branch. They want your money yet they're not one bit personable.

Unprofessional staff, Knows nothing about banking, attitude at top level. You guys need to know that you are just another data entry operators including your managers. Good for nothing. Learn some manners and skills.

I dislike this location immensely! If Costco wasn't attached to them, I would not use this bank at all!! MULTIPLE x I've had an issue using their cards and twice I was told by 2 different tellers that "you must have entered the pin wrong." No, I did not! But this is how they talk to their customers! They start by saying its your fault! So rude!I'm annoyed that I've had to go into their bank to try to resolve this issue, they play spa music inside and have flaming red wall for you to stare at while you wait in their long line up! If a customer is already agitated by the crumby service, none of this helps. Not to mention, the lot is always full of garbage and looks very unkept outside.Do better CIBC!!Ms. FancyGoogle ReviewerLevel 7

Huge lineup at open on a Friday. Literally 30 people waiting on three tellers. Walnut Grove and Aldergrove locations have no tellers. Yet Walnut Grove is full size. Not sure how you even exist as a bank with no tellers. Absolutely horrible.
