I rented a RAV4 from Canadian Car and Truck Rental while staying in the Langley area and I'm glad I did. The vehicle was clean, the team members that I met and that assisted me were friendly. I will be renting from this company again and recommend them to others. Incidentally, during my visit I mentioned to someone where I had rented my car from and he had rented a truck from this company to move some items and he spoke highly of his experience as well.

I’ve had the pleasure of renting vehicles twice from the team at Canadian Car & Truck rental upon the recommendation of a car industry GM. Each time they went over & above ensuring I had tutorials on both common & new features I was unaware of on the vehicles, and were very accommodating when I had to lengthen my rental time. These folks know customer service!

I recently rented a vehicle for the purpose of an out of town move. I ended up renting a smaller vehicle than was required and that was entirely my fault but I can honestly tell you, Mike, the gentleman I dealt with, went way above and beyond trying to accommodate what I was looking for, professionally and fairly. He genuinely did his best to find the most cost effective and practical solution for me, which in my book qualifies as outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this business. Prices are more than reasonable, even if there's a hiccup along the way.

In one word: Awesome! This company is efficient and easy to deal with, definitely one of the easiest rental experiences we have ever had. While we have rented cars on trips with other companies many times this was the first time we rented large trucks with lifts on them. Even though I am sure they are not used to dealing with the total nubes, in regard to the large truck rentals, they were patient with all the questions we needed to ask. Even though they are closed on Sundays, which was not ideal for us, they had an easy solution that worked great. Add to all that the fact that the trucks looked like they were just driven out of a showroom, new and completely spotless. Friendly, courteous, efficient and solution oriented, these guys are the real deal. 5 stars.

Trying to find a appropriate sized rental truck with a gooseneck hitch to haul a horse trailer is quite the challenge! These guys were fantastic to deal with and the truck was beautiful. Hauled like a dream! Will 100% be renting from them again :)

My wife and I used a truck to move from Vancouver to Cranbrook. We were originally using a different company but they bailed on us less than a week before our moving day. We found Canadian Car and Truck Rentals and from the first phone call the service was top notch. Mike was a huge help in picking our truck and getting us on the road. The truck was in great shape and the pricing was unbeatable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a rental car or truck.
