Very poor customer service. Just one girl was there and wasn’t able to give sizes every size I ask for she is like we don’t have.. Even they don’t put change in the till If someone is willing to pay cash they don’t have change as they have excused that its 6:30 and we dont carry change at closing I think closing time people have enough change… Very disappointed I wanted to buy 3 pairs but left with 0.

I recently visited Call It Spring and had a mixed experience. Mandeep truly went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly informative and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and knowledge. Her exceptional service was the sole reason I decided to make a purchase. However, my experience was marred by another staff member who was quite passive-aggressive and rude. I understand that everyone can have off days, so I won’t name her, but it was disappointing to encounter such behavior.

The young woman that served me was very nice, and so helpful. Thought the sale section had some very good buys. Would definitely buy shoes there again. There return policy is awesome no hassles, changed for another size.

I am quite upset that this evening you closed 20 minutes before closing. Customer service shouldn’t stop just because YOU want to get out of there before closing. Extremely unprofessional and lack of customer care skills.
