Fantastic service. 5 minutes, we were at Costco but parking and waiting is not worth the hassle. Very competitive . Refills? they will fax the doctor and phone you when ready. Coved, Shingle shots no waiting. Brookeswood Pharmacy���highly recommend.

Wonderful group of people! Ritika, Ahmed and Laura- thank you for such a great experience.I went in with my 5 year old and newborn and was desperate for my prescription to be filled asap, I was told in another Pharmacy that it could take upwards of 24 hours to have my prescription compounded but we were out of there in 15 mins.Not only were they efficient, they were also very friendly and kind to my 5 year old. Thanks again! Will definitely be returning!

The call came in a timely fashion, the conversation was very professional and I was given the prescription I needed. It was ready at the pharmacy in an hour . Excellent service.

I have been using Brookswood Pharmacy since they opened as my pharmacy of choice.. The owners and staff are wonderful, if I have a question they take the time to explain and make sure I understand.. even though they are busy they take the time for each customer… Ritika and Arthur are quite the team always a friendly hello and ask how you are doing…. I have always been happy with the service and the knowledge of the team….thank you to the team……. You are second to none.

The doctor asked Shirley about her throat and symptoms. After getting the answers she did not believe Shirley has strep throat any longer and suggested salt water gargles of about 5 minutes 5 or 6 times a day. If after a couple of weeks no improvement Shirley is to check back and the Doctors will likely arrange a throat specialist to check Shirley. Shirley did have a bit of trouble understanding the doctor. I did as well but if we listen carefully it was ok and well described. 4 stars hoping we got all of the Doctors full intent. What a wonderful group of kind humans working here. I’m a new customer, but seeing how they know and care for their patrons was truly touching. They not only knew the names of all the customers in the store - but even helped a senior in the store, by reminding them of where they kept their meds that they’d thought they’d lost. You could really feel how they take care of their community. Great job guys!

The pharmacist Arthur and assistant Ritika were amazing today. They went above and beyond for us to help fill my prescription for my daughter. We had no luck filling this prescription with another pharmacy and Ritika called my doctors office to get a new prescription sent over so it could be filled today. They rushed to get it done before close. I am so impressed with their service and professionalism. Will definitely be using them in the future! ?
