I recently visited Bowtie Classic Car & Muscle Car Auto Parts Store and Restorations, hoping to find what I needed for my classic car restoration project. Unfortunately, my experience with Brad was extremely disappointing. Despite my enthusiasm and genuine interest in their products, Brad was consistently rude and unhelpful throughout our interaction.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, especially when seeking assistance from a specialist in the field. Brad's behavior fell far short of my expectations, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.
Unless they address this issue and improve their customer service, I would hesitate to recommend Bowtie Classic Car & Muscle Car Auto Parts Store and Restorations to anyone.

Horrible service brad doesn't like to be called brother he gets super upset they can't call back get upset when I called back after the weekend just a horrible place old car center was so amazing great customer service didn't get upset I said brother ordered my parts best prices. NEVER DEALING WITH BRAD again

I have owned a few classic chevy’S over the years . I like that I can call bow tie and get a personal answer on the phone . If they don’t stock a part they can advice me on what I need and get me the best price . I’ve always been. Impressed by the reliability and great service !

I bought a 6.0 ls from them that was supposedly built by a machine shop that was for one of the works personal car. I specifically asked if the all the mains were replaced and re ringed and all that good stuff. He responded yes everything was done. Brought the motor home wrapped it up and stored it because the build it was going in was no where near motor time. After a year of building this week we put the motor on the stand. Flipeed it over ,pulled the pan to do an inspection and there was absolutely nothing done. What I had was a junkyard Block with fresh paint and shiny heads. The crank bolt was Even missing. Going to fire it this week and see what happens.i Will definitely not be waisting my money here in any of my next builds. Or any of gearhead friends will also not be supporting this place. Can't trust anyones word anymore. Disappointing. I have the receipt from you guys. Nice try..

I cannot say there is anyone else that carries more OE Chevrolet parts than this place. Glad I was able to track down that daggum waterpump.

I have been buying from there for the last 13 years and they are knowledgeable guys and helpful. When the covid nonsense was happening they were actually able to get all my AMD sheet metal for the best overall price I could find. Very good service
