Great selection of foods, toys, treats at reasonable prices. There is also a do it yourself dog wash inside that includes soaps, towel and blow dryer for a small fee.

Well stocked store, friendly staff. There are lots of treats options for both cats and dogs, including live catnip plants and cat grass. The harness and collar assortment is vast. Plenty of toys to sniff at too. I'm impressed with the well laid out pet baths at Bosleys, you can bring your pet in and have them washed professionally or do it yourself for no charge, if you need some, they have a good variety of pet shampoos to choose from. I took my 125lb Shepard in today and the staff were great with him, he's so large that even his vet was intimidated at first. Unfortunately he chose to act like a little bit of a bully to some pups that came in after him, but nobody made me feel judged thankfully, next time I'll muzzle him to help people feel safe.

I went to Bosleys in Langley today because I just got a new rescue dog. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Tony. He is so knowledgable about the food choices, patient (I had a ton of questions about everything) and made it such a positive experience. He took his time to thoroughly explain all my options to make sure I was providing the best possible choice for my dog and her specific needs. It will be my go to store for my new 'Princess Pippy Longstocking'. Thank you for top notch service Tony!

I have been a customer for years at various locations because they have excellent variety. I lost my little girl due to a heart condition and old age earlier this year. I came in to donate some of her unused items and dog food at this location. The staff were so kind and sympathetic, it meant a lot at that time. When I eventually get another dog, I will definitely be a return customer.
