I had such an amazing experience here the other day. I always do, but this one was so great. It's always pretty quiet in the store, but I had an associate help me from the moment I walked in. It was about 45 minutes before closing and the associate helped me find two tees. She suggested other items, some not to my liking, but she was so great at figuring out what I wanted!

Neggi provided the perfect amount of assistance, not too much just enough! After trying on a dozen pair of jeans I left with 2 and saved 30%! Great service!

Love this store, great deals & quality items. However, I was very disappointed with the sales person who assisted. Not to be judgmental but he was dressed like a slob & looked very unkept! This was a turn off considering the store has such nice clothing. I believe you should dress to represent the store you are employed with.

Everyone in the store has always been so helpful to me. I do most of my shopping at Christmas at bootlegger. I have two sons and a daughter in law that I buy for. I’ve always been so grateful for my bootlegger discount card, and now I’ve been told that the discount cards aren’t available anymore that’s very disappointing

Fast efficient and friendly service . Didn’t give up till I had everything I needed.... Manager was on cash and told me about the membership card for Bootlegger.. was happy to get one as I have young grandsons and grand- daughters who enjoy the fashions and of course jean styles. Extremely awesome customer service by Jenny!!She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable,I ordered 2 pairs of jeans online but need a different size. I reached out to Bootlegger Langley to find out if they had the size i was looking for. unfortunately they did not have any in stock at the Langley store.Instead of brushing me off, Jenny went above and beyond, She took the time to answer my questions and offered to check other stores for the jeans I want. She called the store and was able to put a hold on them for me. ***Awesome***Finding people who have customer service skills is very hard and rare, hang on to Jenny, she's great!
