Received some amazing customer service from Aiden today. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about backpacks for back to school. Helped us figure out the best ones for my kids and I just appreciated his genuine kindness today. I’d recommend stopping by

I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks online and they were shipped from the Langley store. When I received the shoes today I received 1 shoe, the left is still on display. I contacted the store and was told that I would have to drive to the store to pick up the shoe as they wouldn’t ship it to me. Apparently giving them the order number wasn’t good enough and again I was told I would have to pick up the shoe as it would cost them to much to ship it. Ummm not my problem they messed up. Thankfully I used PayPal to purchase the Birkenstocks and have filed a dispute. PayPal contacted the store and all of a sudden they can ship me the shoe. This was my first and last purchase from the BoatHouse. Their customer service is disgusting.

It's a good one if you want to get special deals on brand like champion. I went there to get some sweatpants which I looked at online store but they were unavailable at this location. I do recommend this place though!

Great experience here last week. The employee I believe her name was Jen was a lot of help in helping me find some summer clothes for my vacation. She asked where I was going, how long my trip was and everything, it was nice having someone take interest and actually help me! I left with 8 tank tops and a dress suffice to say I’ll be back again!

Took my daughter there today to get her a pair of pants she’s been interested in for a while now and we were hoping to talk to a staff before purchasing it as my daughter has a couple of questions. Not a single staff approached us but the moment two caucasian people walked in, one of the staff immediately walked towards them and greeted them at the entrance bypassing me and my daughter. The staff then proceeded to explain to them about the deals they currently have. After that, the same staff walked back passing us by again, glanced at me and my daughter and approached the two people he just greeted at the door and told them to feel free to ask if they have any questions anytime. My daughter looked at me and I felt so sorry for her. We immediately left the store and yep! Never going back there again.

Went to this store yesterday to purchase new shoes. Manager seemed nice at the time and was helpful. Went back a couple hours later to return shoes as they were not as comfortable as I thought, asked an associate if I could return them and was told their manager was on a break and they didn’t know where she was?? Came back today to try and return them again, and told the same manager that helped me they did not work out for me. She had no idea who I was even though we had a fun and great convo the day before. When I finished telling her she helped me the day before, she rudely informed me that she “didn’t remember me and to go over there” to return the shoes. She gave me such awful glares the whole process and side eye. All the other associates that were present both days I was there seemed scared of her and were walking on eggshells the whole time.

Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve one star.. I’ve never met such incredibly rude staff at a retail store ever before. I had chosen a display last slides from them and there’s 20% off as it’s the last pair ( a sale that’s going on ) & the girl was going to full charge me until I had to stop her and tell her, once I had told her the two of them came to check my order out and they were mocking the fact that I had 20% off out loud in front of me and I couldn’t believe it. They were laughing about it saying wow big deal 20% off etc,, will never be coming back to get treated like that not with those two girls who demonstrated no respect and a lack of common decency

I went there last year to buy a hoodie but left abruptly after I heard this staff, a black girl, made a derogatory racist comment. It was a disgusting experience for me considering that her remark was more appropriate to her kind.

In all my years I have never EVER met anyone whom is down right as rude as Dierdre and Connor are.I came into boathouse looking for a gift for my niece, she wanted a collage sweatshirt. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the MESS, boxes on the floor I’m assuming filled with stock. Clothing over shoved onto every rack in the store. I went right up to the area filled with the collage sweatshirts and 2 employees gave me the most dirtiest looks. Customers should be allowed to go up to merchandise! For the rest of my time in the store all I could hear was Dierdre and Conner bashing other employees. And talking rudely about customers, WHO WERE STILL IN THE STORE. I can not believe that these 2 people are the ones running this ship I’m surprised it hasn’t crash, burned, and sunk. I ended up leaving without buying anything.I used to come to this boathouse quite frequently but it seems that every time I come in there is a whole new team working. The turn over rate for employees must be insane. That is not a good sign if a company can’t get its employees to stay around longer than a few months!

Hard to find someone to help. I wanted to purchase a pair of Vans for myself on my bday, needed to try a different size but couldn’t get help. Stood in the shoe corner for 10 minutes for sure before I gave up and went to the next store. I wasn’t acknowledged at any point while I was in the store.
