Shopping experience is hastle free and was able to purchase the item I wanted. They have my size and my desired color. They have great customer relation and they are very acommodating.

Great shopping experience!! lots of selection and with half sizes.Sales rep Jamieson was awesome in his approach and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had an exchange whereby he handled the exchange with ease. Will certainly be buying in your store again.Jamieson should be commended for his excellent service!!

Worst experience with sales rep and the manager. Be wary of the warranty and wear and tear of shoes from this place, you are better off buying them from the manufacturer directly. Kyla the manager was uncooperative.

Was gifted a pair of shoes for X-mas, was going to exchange them for a better fit for myself, however they did not have any shoes I liked in size 8. Went back 4 or 5 times, trying to use my store credit, no luck in having something I liked in my size. Went in yesterday and was helped by Jaydee(JD, idk how to spell) he was incredibly helpful with my problem! He went above and beyond what his role as a manager required. He promised he would have a solution for me, and he did! He was able to get the shoes I wanted in my size, within 30 mins or so. He was even so kind to offer to order the shoes online and meet me halfway in Vancouver to drop them off (as I complained I lived so far away from the Langley store) He was amazing and even up-selled me a shoe protector, after I had nearly given up on the store with my bad luck I've been having (and not in a pushy way!) My only complaint in lack of inventory for the most common shoe size. Thanks Jaydee for the help!

Girls were to busy chatting in the back to ask if I needed help, wasn’t until a older lady came in that they came out, and I walked right in eye sight of where there backroom door is.

Blackwell Supply in the WillowBrook Mall is a new store to the mall. Shoes, packs, and other accessories. Busy place today with a nice selection of what I was looking for. The staff were engaged with customers and this allowed me to check out the competitively priced gear and wonder why I always select the most expensive. Thanks for the look .....
