Other appliance stores: "Yes we might have it and you might be able to get it in a week and we might be able to drop it off from our warehouse in Burnaby. What's the price? IDK, LOL. How much will you pay for it?"
Brian at the clearance centre: "Yep, it's right here. Sure I can have it in your station wagon in 15 minutes. Price is $700."

I am completely dissatisfied from their employees. we went their for Frigidaire gas range. we were ready to buy this gas range. we noticed about the oven door hinges which were little loose, and we asked to them can they fix it ? literally they also didn't know about this issue. and they said it's not our responsibility to fix it. they said if you like this then you can buy it without fix.
but when I make request to them. then they said now we cannot sell this piece. we are sending this piece back to warehouse. when they fix it then it will be ready for sell.
then I politely ask them can you guys hold it for me? until it fixed? they said No. Then I ask them can you guys notify me? when it will fixed. I can leave my phone number here. they said no. you have to visit this place again. if you get lucky then you will get it.
this was completely unprofessional negotiation with customer.

This is my third time experiencing this. Usually Best Buy Clearance center put fresh stock for public on Thursday, I was there this morning at 10.30 am, standing for my turn to get in. One Appliance guy usually come on the day they put the fresh stock. AS soon as the door opens, that appliance guys put sold stickers on the appliances which he can sell at double of the prices. Today when I was there I was looking to buy some appliance, two of the appliances which I liked, i took the tags off, Manager Elyas came to me right way and said, I cannot take off the tags, I said why then that appliance guys is taking tags off and putting sold on the appliance, ultimately he told me that I am so rude and asked me to leave the store.
if all the appliances as for the appliances store, why that store is open for public. I think there is something between the Store Manager and Appliance Guy, that is the reason he allow him in and told me not to serve, This is a pity for such a brand in North America.

Good luck getting help here. Employees look like they dont want to be there and cant be bothered. Some being busy doing other random tasks. Ratio of customers to staff is lacking. If some staff is only specific to inventory, it is not obvious and looks bad when they don’t bother helping you. When you dont ask and stand there waiting to get help but you see others clawing at the staff so you just stand there and wait. Then when you ask they quickly say they’re busy and run away??????

The staff here is awesome. Everytime I've came here to buy anything I've always had top notch service, better than the retail stores. Elyas and his crew have always been attentive and informative. Can find some really good deals here as well. Will definitely keep coming back.
