I love Bath And Body Works but the staff at this location aren’t generally friendly. I typically get followed while I browse or shop for products with my boyfriend. It’s very obvious they think I’m there to steal. They aren’t discreet about it and they communicate loudly to each other via headsets. I work in retail and understand that sometimes you feel the need to follow or keep an eye on certain people. Just don’t make it so obvious especially when the people you are watching are there to actually shop.

Love the staff! It’s crazy & chaotic at times but these girls are getting there steps in this place trying to help everyone! If you literally stop & watch them you would appreciate what they do! I saw one girl putting soaps out, then jump on the register then was helping somebody on the total opposite side of the store & she did it all with a smile! Then a lovely knowledge staff member i later discovered was a manager helped me.. it was actually truly lovely to meet her & she was talking away to everyone that walked by her the attentiveness during a extremely busy saturday like today was much appreciated thank you! I wish i caught her name she had a lovely accent!
