“I am a very regular visitor to the bank during business hours. I am disabled and have no ability to stand in line. I have always been treated well. Recently, the space where I can sit down to conduct my business was closed. I'm not happy about that but I am being well accomodated, so no complaints. It is occasionally pretty slow, but I am not usually in a hurry.”
