“Great experience here at Gary’s Auto. Also appreciated the friendly customer service. Went In for an oil change and they provided a full vehicle diagnostic and a print out estimate of a couple things that need work on my vehicle. I appreciated that they gave a full estimate on recommended work as other places I have been too before did not do this. Also they have a shuttle service to take you back home while your vehicle. Definitely will be back.”

That explanation cost him hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars in work, but he was honest with me, and it earned my trust and years of going back to him now instead of anywhere else.”

“Decided to try Andersen A1 Autohaus for the first time after hearing good things about them from members of the BMW Club. I had a rumble sensation in a 52 year old Bimmer that I suspected was a wheel bearing. A shop closer to my home could not locate the issue. Decided it was time to get someone with BMW background on the case. Turns out one of the wheel bearings had a cracked race. I was super happy with the service and the bill was very reasonable for the work they did on the car. I will be bringing my newer Bimmer in for service in a few weeks and will not stress knowing it is in good hands.”
