Unprofessional and irrational staff that doesn't want to take responsibility for their mistakes.
Called the dealership service to make an appointment for 1st service for my Q4 e-tron. Clearly provided all the information including kilometers. I dropped my vehicle off and I received the phone call from service that they can't perform the service since the kilometers were too high (28k) for 1st service and started asking for payment to perform it which suppose to be included. Oh I gotcha, lure the customer in knowingly and start asking for payment, typical business practice.
What happened when I booked the appointment and the kilometers were given? Nope they had to waste my day.
No accountability from their service staff for wasting your time, in fact they will blame you for not paying for 1st service which suppose to be free and included. Upon asking for managers info, she didn't wanna provide any of that and kept saying talk to the assistant manager, well you gotta watch out for your colleagues right.
I hate to leave negative reviews for a business but this stealership totally deserves it. Wasted our entire day.
Never walking into their dealership again.

awesome guy!!! super chill and got me the car i wanted.**********UPDATE*********** The truth is that he asked me to write that review. it wasnt my honest opinion. One year later i will never deal with Audi Langley ever again. They have zero knowledge in mechanics and are just sales people. They have a really poor attitude making my patients run out. Audi Q4 brakes are loud and they couldnt give a shit. STAY AWAY FROM AUDI LANGLEY. ****UPDATE 2 ******* I fixed my problem, the brakes stopped squeeking after a very easy fix. I aint going to tell them how i did it tho that place can go eff themselves. I have read the positive feedback comments but remember what i said at the start of this review.....

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi Langley, and unfortunately, our experience has been far from what we had hoped for and even worse put the safety of my family in jepoardy.
The issues began during negotiation, where in this process, the dealership actually threatened to increase the price of the vehicle. Despite this we eventually reached an agreement on the price that included the worn tires being replaced. Only after purchasing the vehicle, did we discover that only two tires had been replaced.
Shockingly, only five months later, during our first service, Audi’s own service department recommended replacing those same 2 tires.
When I reached out to our salesperson, we felt that his response was dismissive. He mentioned that if it were his Tesla, he’d continue driving on those tires and that it was not a major concern. Do we listen to Audi's Service dept or do we follow the Audi salesperson's advice.
Looking at the current state of the tires (cracked and peeling rubber) any reasonable person would agree they would have been a safety hazard as well at the point of purchase. The explanation provided however, was that it was our driving in the last 5 months that caused the rapid degradation and cracking of the tire.
Our salesperson mentioned that the tires passed their safety check and fit within their criteria but look at the pictures and see how the rubber compound is cracking. In our opinion it was not only the depth of the the tread which was already a safety hazard but the cracking as well.
When I raised concerns about the compromised safety and the optics of this situation with Audi Langley, they acknowledged and agreed that it was "not a good look", and yet Audi Langley were unwilling to address the situation.
Additionally, on this same vehicle we’re now dealing with the differential making a grinding noise and faulty seat sensors. We cannot help but question the quality of Audi Langley's safety practices and "certified pre owned" designation.
A friend of mine, who has been a long term customer of Downtown Audi, was surprised by our situation as he has never had any issues even remotely close to this at his dealership.
Attached are pictures for reference. Note the cracking and peeling. The owner of a tire store confirmed the tires were 90% worn out and there is no way the wear or cracking could have been caused in the last 5 months/12,500kms. He noted the tires were all the way back from 2019. In just a cursory search on line there were numerous articles indicating “cracked tires can quickly lead to sidewall blowouts” I believe the tire shop mentioned the term dry rot. My family drove on these tires at highway speeds after being mislead that the car was in safe working order.
In hindsight, we regret not considering other dealerships or brands like BMW or Mercedes. The entirety of this experience has left us questioning Audi Langley, and more broadly, the brand itself. It’s disappointing to feel misled about something as important as basic safety for your family. Clearly this is not the level of customer service of a luxury brand let alone any car dealership.
The terms that came to mind that encompasses our experience with Audi Langley? Disappointing and Politely Adversarial.

Mr. Parminder Gill was the best dealer I've experienced! I buy cars every 2-3 years but no one was as professional as Mr. Gill. His manager Medhi cares about customers, ensure everyone leaves the dealership happy.

Disappointing Experience at Audi Langley – Poor Customer Service from Management team.
I purchased a brand-new 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron from Audi Langley on August 20, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but smooth. When I test-drove the car, everything seemed fine, so I placed an order for a blue model. On the day I picked it up, my parents noticed water on the passenger-side mat, which we assumed was from people getting in and out.
Since I have a concussion and vertigo from a car accident, I don’t drive much, but after it rained heavily, I found a pool of water on the front passenger side. Clearly, there was a leak. We immediately took the car back to the dealership. Despite acknowledging the car had barely been driven (only 112km), they laughed it off and kept it for inspection. They "fixed" the issue and hinted that maybe I had left the windows or sunroof open, which was not the case.
After getting the car back, a malfunction light appeared on the dashboard. I was told not to drive the car and wait for it to reset. By Saturday morning, the leak had returned, and I had to bring the car back again.
At this point, I asked for a replacement vehicle or a refund. Richard, one of the managers, was polite and understood my frustration, but another manager, Mehdi, was rude and dismissive. He tried to force me to take the car back and I didn’t he was going to charge me. He even attempted to offer me gifts. I told him I don’t want your cups. Then he said I was insulting him because I didn’t want his gift.
The dealership kept the car again, finding more issues like a rear door sensor malfunction and MMI login problems. Despite these fixes, I feel I should not be dealing with multiple issues on a brand-new vehicle. I had high expectations from Audi, but Mehdi, in particular, has made this a frustrating and disrespectful experience.
To make matters worse, Mehdi seemed more concerned about the cost of providing me a loaner vehicle than resolving my ongoing concerns. Since taking the car back on August 29, no one has followed up, and I’ve received no compensation or acknowledgment of the hassle I’ve endured.
While the sales rep and Richard were helpful, the way Mehdi handled this situation has left me feeling unsafe in my car and entirely dissatisfied with Audi Langley. I would not recommend this dealership or Audi to anyone.

My friend and I had the most pleasant and non intimidating car purchasing experience at Audi Langley. Our salesman Manny made us feel welcomed, understood our needs and worked with our budgets to make the sale go through in the most respectful manner. After having the opposite experience at Openroad Audi Boundary, Manny won our business. Even though Audi Boundary is significantly closer to where I live, the service that Manny provided made it worth it to go to Langley. Highly recommend purchasing a car at Audi Langley, and to have Manny as your salesman.

We went in with a budget and weren’t asked to move beyond that. Parm understood what we were trying to accomplish and worked with us to drive away with a great car in our price range. Overall we had a great experience from the time we walked into the door with reception, with Parm as our sales agent, Jeanne assisting us with financing, and insurance agent right on site. 5 star!
