Even though we left without finding a pair of hiking shoes, which was more about personal preference as they have the largest selection of any store. I just want to recognize the great service Ryann exhibited. Ryann demonstrated good knowledge of the different products , was really upbeat and positive with a great demeanour. The world needs more people like Ryann.

My partner and I came here to look for backpacks for a trip and they had a great selection and even a decent sale on some of their bags. However, I am writing this review to show our appreciation for Daleena, the sales associate who helped us with the backpacks. She was very knowledgeable with all the bags, gave us some excellent pointers on what to look for and kept checking in with us to see if we needed any help. Thank you to Daleena for the exceptional service at Atmosphere!

Daleena and Trevor exhibited exceptional service as sales associates, demonstrating remarkable kindness and friendliness, despite my unconventional appearance. Their lack of discrimination and genuine warmth were notable, showcasing a high level of professionalism. Despite not conforming to conventional standards of appearance, they treated me with respect and dignity, fostering a welcoming environment.
The establishment boasts a pleasant atmosphere.
I recommend considering a raise for Daleena and Trevor, whose exemplary customer service and dedication undoubtedly enhance the reputation and success of the business.

Sometimes it's hard to know how to rate a store based on one experience so here I'll just leave it in the middle. I went in to the store one quiet Tuesday night, November 7, on the hunt for a high quality hard shell. I was looking at the selection of possibilities from Helly Hansen, Mountain Hard Wear and others. There was only a handful of customers in the store at the time so I was looking forward to getting some input from someone on staff about the various options. The staff, however, seemed more interested in visiting with friends/colleagues than helping out this old guy so I left. A few days later my wife and I found a nice Patagonia jacket at Valhalla Pure Outfitters, which was a great experience.The Atmosphere store itself seemed okay (except for the harsh lighting), but being ignored for whatever reason made for an unproductive experience.To the young retail staff out there, don't ignore us 50-somethings. We have buying power.

Amazing customer service!!Had my hiking poles picked up here; hiking jackets, and accessories. I have been getting a lot products from atmosphere for about a year now. Bit on an expensive side but products are really worth it. Would definitely continue shopping at atmosphere .I returned a spikes for my hiking boots which was slightly worn that did not fit and store manager made took care of it and processed the return.

The best atmosphere store ever! We went there late to closing with us being indecisive and with so many questions. Good thing Jessica was working! She was a gem! Helped us with everything without any problems and sent us home with smiles on our face! Will definitely go back here next time! Cheers too for Emily and the other staffs working, they are so friendly!
