I cannot recommend this store enough, and I mean that genuinely. My situation was unfortunate and after discussing with the staff that were empathic and understanding. They provided me with a solution that was very fair and considerate. I don’t want to provide every detail as that is private, but I will continue to shop here and highly suggest that others do as well!

Jessica was just wonderful with all the help we needed to get our 3 year old a chain for his bday. As others at the mall didn't have anything for kids. Aswell there was a big selection. Tx for everything Jessica see you nexttime

Amrit helped me out a lot! Couldn't find a better deal than at arctic fame. Everyone else was at least 1k+ more than what i got here. Although I got the wrong ring at first, Amrit resolved the issue without hassle and i got the correct ring in less than a week.

Went in to get my engagement rings and had the best experience with Jessica after going to so many other places and feeling extremely forced to buy something I found Jessica she was extremely knowledgeable and comfortable. I bought my ring that day . And went back for the wedding band to even better service from her than the first time I can't say how good of a employee she is .

I was not going to write a review but … please beware !
Do NOT trust the pricing and quality !
Check everything out before committing - had a very bad experience with Jessica in Langley on a ring that was priced at $14,000 and once questioned and researched - they said “oh we made a mistake that was 2022 pricing … “ they lowered the price but it just was not adding up !
We were promised an appraisal then she pulled back and said “no we won’t offer that now “ !
No apologies from her or head office in this shady deal!
Went elsewhere !

Amazing service for such an important purchase. Amrit was incredibly helpful the whole way through, even helping to custom make the exact ring that I wanted for my fiancee. Everything from the time frame to the communication was exceptional.
