I bought a nissan sentra 2017. Ashish and his manager pressurized me alot to get this car and later i found out that the price i paid was alot more than it should have been. Ashish promised me a $300 chevron gift card in the beginning of March which i never received(as now it’s June) I regret buying my car from this dealership really. And will never recommend it to anyone.

My family and I have been trying to buy me my first car through Applewood Auto Direct and it has not been a good experience. The communication with updates on the car was only ever given to us after we had to demand for information several times. They’ve wasted over a month of our time by not giving us any useful information or telling us they would get back to us and then never did. We could have been looking for other options for over a month. What should have been a fun experience for all of us was instead extremely stressful and disappointing.
