I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Ann Louise in Willowbrook. A friendly and knowledgeable Persian gentleman assisted me in selecting a beautiful ring for my boyfriend. His expertise and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect piece made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. The store had a fantastic selection, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I highly recommend Ann Louise for anyone looking for quality jewelry and exceptional customer service.

Terrible experience
Bought a necklace and when I arrived home I took it out from the box and I found the clasp broken, it had an unnoticeable gap you can miss it when you are at the store but it is big enough to make the chain not lock properly
I went back the following day they said they will fix it, I decided to wait and not return it.
They said it will be fixed in two weeks
Two weeks later, It was not fixed they said come next Wednesday!!
I said this is too much wait time! they said they will call the workshop and try to get it the following day.
The following day they said that the workshop didn’t find a similar clasp and they are still looking for one!
I told them I didn’t want it anymore please return it.
The seller said “I cannot return something that is broken, you have to talk to the manager”
I said I didn’t break it was broken, she said still, I can’t return it.
I said okay let me talk to your manager
She said she left for the day!
So now I have to go again, 3 visits to return a broken necklace, because they can sell broken things but they cannot return them!

I brought in my watch on April 18th to get the crystal repaired and to get 2 links added to it. When speaking to them, I was assured that I would have got my watch back in time for my wedding in the middle of July and that was very important to me. I was informed on June 26th that my crystal could no be replaced.. due to them not stocking it anymore. I have just now received my watch back on JULY 25TH. Over 3 months since I sent it in. the only thing to show for it is 2 links and a new battery. Lastly, they tried to double charge me for shipping that I had already paid for and that was noted on my pick up slip. This would have been an extra 40$ if I did not specifically ask. All in all.. 3+ months and 190$ for 2 things that should be able to do completed in 20 minutes work and I was not able to have it as promised for my wedding day. I could not recommended going here ever to anyone. Truly a disappointing experience.

The Ann Louise store at Willowbrook Mall has amazing staff. In my experience my sales associate (Jinous) did her very best to answer all my questions and ensure that I had the best experience with them. I would say that Jinous, Seta (the manager), and Mohamed were always friendly and always made me feel welcome. They are trustworthy, have amazing customer service, and I would highly recommend shopping at this store location.

I experienced the worst customer service at this store. Every employee I talked to and the manager were extremely rude and not helpful. If you want to purchase jewelry I’d recommend going anywhere else. The management is absolutely terrible and unorganized. I loved Ann Louise jewelry and I have purchased a lot of their jewelry before but it’s safe to say I will never be returning.

Got an engagement ring from my bf , had to take it back to get sized was told to pick it up today and they don't have it ready and said now it's going to take a few more weeks. They don't seem to know what they are doing when we were there. When the lady took all my information to get it sized she said we where good to go she had everything she needed, however I had to tell her she didn't she needed the ring.

I had a terrible experience at Ann-Louise. The customer service was horrible, and the employee was incredibly rude. The lady assisting me (an elderly, short, blonde woman) seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist when I disclosed my budget. She directed me away from the section of jewelry I was interested in because it was “out of my budget,” however when I asked how much it was she said “too much for you” in a sly remark. I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

We recently were visiting from Ontario and bought a necklace, earrings and ring from the Guildford store. The ring had to be resized and had to be delivered from another store within 3 days, as we were leaving BC.The manager, Mina and her staff and Richard in particular, went above and beyond , even hand delivering the ring to our hotel. We would recommend this jeweller to anyone and particularly want to commend Mina and Richard for their exceptional customer service. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in as I lost a diamond in my wedding band and I wanted an anniversary band. The person that “helped” me wasn’t listening when I said I wanted to get a different style band since they no longer sell this band. He wouldn’t let me try rings on and kept saying they wouldn’t be the same. I know, I wouldn’t find the same, and just wanted something for an anniversary band! He then suggested I shop the mall to see what else I could find. I only came back to drop my rings off to be sized and fixed because I purchased them from here and thought I had to. It was at this point another sales person suggested I get a quote for my band on the other side. Two days later, I got a call from the sales person who said he had good news and bad news.. good news my diamond can be replaced and the bad news is my new band would cost $XXX and he would give me time to think on it. Truth is, I would have moved forward with the new addition and he didn’t even give me the opportunity to say yes. I have never had somebody try so hard to not earn my business. Honestly, the experience was time wasting and just aweful. I really don’t recommend anyone to spend their money here.Edit to add - I did email the info email first and never got a response. Which is why I wanted to share this review.
