Got an engagement ring from my bf , had to take it back to get sized was told to pick it up today and they don't have it ready and said now it's going to take a few more weeks. They don't seem to know what they are doing when we were there. When the lady took all my information to get it sized she said we where good to go she had everything she needed, however I had to tell her she didn't she needed the ring.

I had a terrible experience at Ann-Louise. The customer service was horrible, and the employee was incredibly rude. The lady assisting me (an elderly, short, blonde woman) seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist when I disclosed my budget. She directed me away from the section of jewelry I was interested in because it was “out of my budget,” however when I asked how much it was she said “too much for you” in a sly remark. I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

I went there to get my new watches adjusted and they turned me away because I didn't bought it there. Just wow... not impressed

We recently were visiting from Ontario and bought a necklace, earrings and ring from the Guildford store. The ring had to be resized and had to be delivered from another store within 3 days, as we were leaving BC.The manager, Mina and her staff and Richard in particular, went above and beyond , even hand delivering the ring to our hotel. We would recommend this jeweller to anyone and particularly want to commend Mina and Richard for their exceptional customer service. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in as I lost a diamond in my wedding band and I wanted an anniversary band. The person that “helped” me wasn’t listening when I said I wanted to get a different style band since they no longer sell this band. He wouldn’t let me try rings on and kept saying they wouldn’t be the same. I know, I wouldn’t find the same, and just wanted something for an anniversary band! He then suggested I shop the mall to see what else I could find. I only came back to drop my rings off to be sized and fixed because I purchased them from here and thought I had to. It was at this point another sales person suggested I get a quote for my band on the other side. Two days later, I got a call from the sales person who said he had good news and bad news.. good news my diamond can be replaced and the bad news is my new band would cost $XXX and he would give me time to think on it. Truth is, I would have moved forward with the new addition and he didn’t even give me the opportunity to say yes. I have never had somebody try so hard to not earn my business. Honestly, the experience was time wasting and just aweful. I really don’t recommend anyone to spend their money here.Edit to add - I did email the info email first and never got a response. Which is why I wanted to share this review.

I was looking for a very special and specific gift for a family member. My search for this gift resulted in my first visit to Ann Louise Jewelers and I want to say that I could not be happier with my experience.The customer service I experienced with Jillian was exemplary. Her knowledge and the amount of time she spent showing me many options, her respectful and personal one-on-one service and her incredible follow-up communications in response to my many questions and requests all made me feel like I was more than valued as a potential and eventual customer. Thank you so much Jillian!

They're kind, helpful and do their best to assist you but so obviously desperate for sales to the point where I felt uncomfortable since they were pressuring me to buy items there. One of the employees said "...we would be heartbroken if you returned it..." which was a weird/unprofessional thing to say to a customer, almost guilt tripping them into keeping the item. I felt like a wallet more than a human here. Odd. Never had an experience like this before.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Bought my fiance's wedding ring from here with the guarantee it could be upsized for him. Took it back in to a different location after showing my fiance and was pretty much laughed at for asking it to be upsized 3 sizes. I understand now it's not even physically possible, however it was a waste of time and energy. I don't appreciate being given such misleading information on such a large purchase then being disrespected. Do better.

Great "Customer Service". I dealt with Richard, and he was very nice, explained everything, in great deal, and was very efficient. I was really impressed. I, also, had gone back, to the store, to ask a question, and I dealt with the Manager, Seta. She was really nice, and helpful. Both my experiences were great. Great "Customer Service"! I would give zero stars if it was an option. Went to the Willowbrook location today Dec 14 to return a Christmas gift my husband gave me. Clearly on the receipt it reads Christmas returns and exchanges accepted until January 7, 2020.The manager Allen Lee refused to issue me a refund, only exchange. I kept asking why he couldn’t issue me a refund as it is clearly stated on the receipt that I was well within the timeframe but he had NO explanation because there was NO explanation other than the reason that he didn’t want to be in the negative sales for the day. I have worked in retail before and can only come to this conclusion.He just kept replying “I will not issue you a refund and can’t talk to you anymore”. What kind of answer (and manager) is that? Couldn’t even provide a explanation to backup his policy. I plan on taking this action further as he was completely wrong and went against company policy by not issuing a valid refund to a consumer. On top of that, he inconvenienced me as I will need to go out of my way to another location to make the return.
