Albany is a franchise I believe and I really like the ladies in this particular Albany store in Willoughby. I love the homey atmosphere of the store and the awesome customer service that goes with it. I'd support them before the big boys. Love you guys❤️

Awesome staff, great local book store and you shop for curious minds. Tempted to grab a boardgame or two as well.We will be back again.
