I must mention that the staff were incredibly friendly. The information about the product they provided, such as size and price, was accurate, and I was able to take my time to carefully consider my options before making a purchase.
Add: I returned two weeks later for a price adjustment after an additional discount was applied to the product I had purchased. The staff were so helpful throughout the process. I want to extend my sincere compliments and many thanks to them.

Tiny section for women’s soccer compared to the men’s. More than triple the selection for style and color of shorts and socks for sports.. typical. Good prices though

The store was a zoo for back to school. Sales person Besh was absolutely wonderful. Smiled through the chaos and couldn't do enough for my family. Thank you Besh, you made this a much better experience!!!

Really good experience with customer service. Kali was helpful in guiding me and I got the shoes I needed (2 of 3 were on discount).

Too many choices, selection keeps changing. Unfortunately, since it is an "outlet store", it can be quite busy and sizes run out quickly.
Great service, store is clean and organized.

The adidas outlet had decent shoes but I wanted to get the sambas and everyone of them were on sale except the one I wanted to get which made it a bummer but overall a decent outlet that isn’t too crazy

This one is for Kali, a great customer representative, very professional at all the times. On my visits to the store, she always has been very pleasant and would answers all the questions asked. She helped me last time with finding good tennis shoes and comfy tennis wears. She is a great example of what actual customer service means and how it suppose to be.
