The man who works here in the mornings ( I usually see him around 7:30am) is one of the nicest and most helpful people around. He always has such a positive attitude and people always leave smiling / laughing because of him!

The night employees clearly don't want to work, they put up paper signs that say the store is closed, but Google maps says they're open 24 hours. Why is every convenience store closed this same way in the middle of the night?Editing to add, I'm sitting here waiting for them to open again, 6 cars have come, 4 have left. Only in the 15 minute span I've been sitting here. They're losing business. I told another guy to go across the street.

If i could leave 0 I would. It’s the fact that i've read through other reviews who’ve had similar issues of this 24HOUR business being closed whenever the employee decides. Incredibly unacceptable not only for the company but also for the customers that have to either go without their product or go somewhere else. Teach your employees to find gaps in customers to have a break without closing the store and LOCKING the doors. Should be reported and charged with false advertising at this point.

Employee would not allow bathroom use or prepare hot food. Disgraceful service. Totally unacceptable levels of customer service and unacceptable cooking. Wouldn't reheat some 7/11 pizzas. Told us to leave because he couldn't throw a pizza in the oven late at night. Totally brutal service.

Short heavy set Indian guy working nights is so rude, hostile, and aggressive. I see him and he never greets customers or smiles and never working the till. The employee working with him are far better. Won’t be back to this location.

This establishment does not care about the safety of their customers. Given the spread of the Covid19 virus and no-mask policy across the province, they still allow unmasked customers into the premises. I am staying far away from this store. What a joke!

For some reason they lock the bathroom at night.A customer begged them for 5 minutes, they opened the bathroom only after they realize she's going to pee in front of everyone. It was humiliating.Running a business includes making the bathroom available to the public all the time.Not going to visit there again unless the owner responds here telling me they changes the policy.I'll also file a complaint with Fraser health.

Lets call it what it is. Corporate Greed!. $2.45 for a regular slurpee is outragous. Shall I reveal your net cost? I can afford it but I hope the millions of kids who look forward to one but now cant afford it boycott your store. The cashier never gives a receipt after the purchase, I noticed several times that one and also the purchase of goods has a different price when paying. It is not possible to receipt in any way because the cashier immediately throws out the check. Advice ask for a receipt and check.
