They tried to say they wouldn't sell me a 6 pack of water and wanted me to pay the individual price of 6 bottles for $18. I grabbed the pack off the shelf where it had a standard non-promotional price of 9 dollars and they said it wasn't valid

Incredibly rude guy working here. Guy was rude, no smile, no eye contact. Too busy writing something down. Blamed me for the issue with their app and didn't apologize to me. I went back to try it again and told him not to be so rude. Still nothing. Maybe he had a bad day but no need to be a jerk. This happened on February 18th 2024 at around 12:15-12:23pm

They don’t even know which pizza slice is made of which meat. I asked the cashier that is there pork in it and he replied that I don’t know. We buy frozen one and then bake it. I had to throw my pizza because there was pork in it and he told me its chicken. And when I asked him that can I exchange it and buy something else as I haven’t touched it, he said no you can’t do it. Really disappointed ?

The lady accused me of stealing just because I was carrying a backpack, on top of that the chili and nacho cheese machine was just watery and diluted, just left my nachos there, disgusted at being accused of being a thief and the garbage coming out of the dispenser, never coming to this 7-eleven again, horrible service

So, originally I had issues at the tims here. Which I now make sure to cross the street and go to petro instead. However I'm on night shift and that leave very few options for washrooms. And at 1:15 am we come back to grab snacks and quickly go washroom while on break at our JOB and you have a sign on the door working in back. Back in 15 min. We have been here 10 min and watched 2 other customers stop, check the door, wait. Then drive off. It's very unfortunate this seems to be a trend for your business. Guess we will boycott 7/11 now as well.We did winde up let in but there was nearly no service we walked to the washrooms past the clerk and waited and he didn't bother to make contact or to let us in. So, no further sales tonight. I'll wait for next break and head down 88th instead.Also the washroom is always in poor repair and barely ever seems to have soap. You can do better.

I don't want to mention the name of the guy who was at work today in this place, but honestly he is 0% professional for sure. Nothing happened to me but I witnessed him dealing with other customers rudely and decided to leave the place. 7 eleven you need to put some resources to train these people.

I went to this place yesterday and gut name shivam was serving me. Seems like he is new to country and don't know what to do he was so rude and I said who is your manager he said not here. I called 4 times to this place and everyone seems to be manager in this location. Lol finally someone called name who barely speak English saying he is manager there for 7 years. Who is training his staff well and don't have no clue what he is talking he said by bc lay we should keep 30 dollars in till. And I said can u show me the law and he don't have answer. Why this people working there. Owner should contact me like to chat with.

I went to fill up with gas at pump 8. I had 12km left of mileage and I put $10 in the tank. After I was done filling the tank, I went and started my car. No gas had been pumped. I went inside to try and sort this out. The guy even came out and looked at the mileage on my car which was 12km. He said he wouldn’t do anything for me. It was my last $10 and I had somewhere really important to be, so for him to deny me a refund so I could fill up at another one of his pumps was very rude and unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would. I called them about 20 times the next day and it kept saying “user busy”. I called them the day after that and they said that they’ll give me a free $15 car wash, but they can’t give me a $7 refund for gas. This is because “nobody else has complained about the gas pump”. I went to the Tim Hortons in 7-eleven yesterday and they had a cone beside the pump to tell people not to use it. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time and I will be completely avoiding this specific 7-eleven for a long time. You should to. The staff don’t know what they’re talking about, they’re unprofessional and they constantly talk on the phone with their friends/family while working and ignore you half of the time.

One morning my boyfriend and I went to this location and it was closed so he phoned and the male who was working answered and his reply was thay they were closed from 2-4 am everyday...i said in the back ground that i will be taking to headquarters about this and so he suddenly changed his story to oh there is a 7- eleven emergency...and i believe that there was a female employee sitting out in the front in her car. We go to this location every morning this was about a week ago....
