Surprise surprise. The east Indian clerk shorted my change by a dollar, when asked for a receipt he had it in his other hand, and suddenly didn't speak English. This was at 16:19 pm, at store #37870. In Langley on 20250 88th Ave. Imagine how many times this has happened to people unaware of the thieving nature of these undesirables. We are wise to your ways, Mookmar.

Actually wish that Google allowed us to give zero zero Stars even better negative Stars for a more true and accurate view of an establishment!This 7-Eleven is beyond putrid when it comes to showing respect towards customers! One representative mentioned is a woman that is downright disrespectful it should not be working with the general public. Even worse which I do believe maybe the general manager it's not much different. I truly believe individuals like this should not be working with in the public sector not loan representatives for 7-Eleven Canada.Honestly 7-Eleven used to have a level of care and respect and showed its customers and it's been going downhill year after year it's about time someone steps in and rectifies these issues before it's too late the general public doesn't want it anything to do with it.Getting down to the nuts and bolts of it, I'm in the process of working with the regional manager and 7-Eleven Canada on my issue and I would highly recommend anyone have anything type of issue go this route.Stay strong and stand up for one's rights?....

Guy just cost me $5 cause he was too busy staring at his phone to ask me if I was a 7/11 member. Then when I asked why so expensive he said cause you're not a member and said too bad for you. Go elsewhere if you can

I often come late in the early morning to the Walnut Grove location in Langley and am greeted by the overnight worker Avijeet Singh. Avijeet is an upbeat individual. He completes all his nightly tasks efficiently without ignoring the customers. He deals effectively with large line-ups. Instead of complaining about working overnight. Well done Avijeet! These guys literally saved my life this winter. I was having trouble catching busses, and they were very hospitable, had food warmed up and ready, kept their lot remarkably well maintained in the dangerous weather, and on top of that, the store was well stocked and spotless.

Very very gross bathrooms from the outside place looks nice but the bathrooms tell another story. They serve food here i hope they clean all the food related things better than their bathrooms

went there tonight with my husband to get some snacks. Was around 3am, store is supposed to be a 24hr store. Nope door is locked and the clerk is sitting behind the counter looking busy. I pull on the door, he looks and then starts cleaning the hotdog machine. Waited a few minutes to see if he would get the door, nope he totally ignored us. As we were leaving another customer arrived, pulled on the handle was ignored and left.If you are adverting for 24hr service you should make sure that your employees are actually keeping the store open

Very poorly run even by 7-eleven standards. There could be 15 people in line and I guarantee you one guy will be in the aisles doing some form of inventory. I routinely have to tell them what buttons they have to press on their till to ensure I get the deal prices with my 7 rewards card. Just a pain as it’s the only gas station along 88th.

Never use the car wash service at this station. it's terrible and basically it's just wasting your money. I just used it now, code: 70509, paid 14.00 CAD but it was wasting time and money.Following manager's reply, I called in and left my contact number to talk about the problem, but no one get back to me yet. If you suggest to call to solve the problem, please be responsible to follow up.

I went here today and bought a Uber gift card for someone. I said put 100$ on the card I gave them 100$ cash to pay and they only put 50$ on it and pocketed my money.!!!

Sold me a carton of the wrong cigarettes. I opened it without noticing and now I can't return it. I don't like this brand and it costs a lot of money. This happens at almost every store and nobody will take them back once they've been sold even if it was their mistake. I wont be coming back.
