I have tried ordering several times thru skip and the staff ALWAYS mess up the order. It is never ever completely sent. Always missing items. When you call to speak to them theyajeyo random excuses. Like item wasn’t available, other stores call the patient and ask for alternative but not this store. I won’t recommend this location or the Glover Rd location by Langley Bypass

Mice and cockroaches be lurking. This was at like 2am though. I had to wait a few minutes to be let in and that's when they hide. If you want snacks, plan accordingly. Grocery store sell the same products at much cheaper prices.

This business is bot 24 hours, sometimes the staff is cleaning and won't let you in, other time they are sleeping. Not sure why they claim 24 hours when they are not

Sometimes I think they get a bad rep due to the almost constant drug users hanging around outside looking for cash. I've been there a few times and the staff as well as the family that run it have always been polite and friendly to me, even the occasional hot chocolate when it's really cold out.

I am so disappointed from the service of this store today. They weren’t focusing on customers who were ready for checkout. After buying some stuff I was taking a little time to pack into my backpack and there was a girl named Komal asking her manager that why I’m still standing in the store like I have to leave quickly so they can work on their own stuff. Keep in mind if you wanna earn money you won’t earn until you receive enough revenue and only customers can generate revenue so please try to deal nicely with customers. Stop doing bad behaviour in your own language some people can understand your language so be careful and thanks for your bad service

This is a very racist store. I went into the store on Christmas day to get sanitary ware for my daughter. There was only one type which she didn't like, so we decided to wait for Save on Foods to open. The cashier accused me of putting something in my pocket just because I'm black. Really! What can you steal at a Seven Eleven. This totally ruined my Christmas.Say NO to racist people. Be careful if you are a Black person going into this store.

Tired of coming to this place and absolutely no one listens or doesn't understand what the words are coming out of my mouth.Multiple times I pay for things and either they get it completely wrong or don't put my stuff in the bag.Figure it out or go do something with less brain power.Please.

Can't even give 1 star. 7 eleven POS SYSTEM IS GARBAGE. Tried my of my cards and won't work. They used to use other POS provider and since they changed to their own POS, nothing works!!!! CHANGE THE GOD DAMN MACHINE. My wife went and she couldn't get anything so I went, then Sign says CASH ONLY. very poor customer service and management!!! Stay away this location
