I have no qualms except getting relentlessly asked about the bloody credit card everytime I go in. No, I don't want your credit card. The world is in enough debt as it is, purchasing Walmart's shadily traded goods is as low as I dare go on the morality scale.

This place has no fitting room I have to take it home try it on& if it doesn't fit I bring it back my time my gas because they don't want to have fitting rooms?!! And other Walmarts do have fitting rooms regardless of what they tell you here No competition really vs Walmart So they do what they want screw customers This is why 1 star

I've never seen such a bad company in my life. Offers horrible service over the phone to consumers. No one simply answers the damn phone, and when they do, they forward it to someone else and no one answers. Not to mention that the website is despicable and unreliable. They say they have something in stock, when it gets there, it was a lie or they say it was "stolen". It's unbelievable to know that it's still in operation.

Everybody s**** on Walmart for being a terrible company, but it's one of the most friendly and welcoming stores to shop at. I'm always greeted when I enter the store and the staff are always nice and friendly to me. Contrasting superstore and thrifty foods and so-called save on foods. I feel like I'm doing them a favor by shopping there. Never feel welcome.

I have dealt here for years for my glasses, and have gotten great Professional service. I bought 2 pairs of glasses to months ago from Ike, service was 5 stars from him. My complaint is, I have been in twice to have my glasses adjusted Ike was not on that day so dealt with both of the ladies there.. They definitely need training as i left with my glasses in worse shape then when I came in, the 2 ladies get the 1 star. I could not comeback a nother day as I was leaving on holidays.Came back in to day to get Ike to fix them properly. Thanks Ike for the Professional service.

Paid for groceries online as I had an Ecoupon it did not work. (Technical error message) I called the store told oh well, I called the help number same thing oh well I went for on line help again told oh well. I normally won't care but 15% off your first 4 online orders is a big savings and on a large grocery order it's significant. I felt I got no customer service att all with no effort for a resolution. Everywhere else would have fixed this problem with out issues

Huge spill in woman’s washroom - told front door man and he rolled his eyes, basically laughed and said tell customer service. I said why should I have to do that? Not to mention his badge says “customer experience” - there was a guy in orange vest who said no and listened to me but that’s ridiculous. What is your purpose? Really need to train people better. He didn’t even say anything to me until I walked away annoyed - like okay?

I recently tried to order an item from Walmart and kept encountering numerous difficulties. I was becoming *very frustrated* with their system — that is, until a wonderful clerk named 'DEBRA S' — who works at the Langford Walmart — stepped up to the plate and helped me solve the problem! DEBRA did this with a combination of professionalism and cheerfulness! Debra deserves a 'pat on the back'! (And a raise!) It is only because Walmart has clerks like Debra that I keep shopping there!

Employees are very nice and friendly. Price is pretty similar compares to those in Great Vancouver. Free parking lot is available. Open till very late, which is good since many stores nearby are closed early. Public washroom is available. Credit cards accepted. Self check out is available. Overall experience is good.Cost efficient for the most part, however, stock appears to be an issue. The last few shopping experiences, the store was out of some basics. Shelves were bare especially in the pharmacy.

I love this walmart! But the price hike on supplements is plain insanity. I was spending $100/week on supplements but i'll buy elsewhere from now on. These weekly price hikes are getting wild.

Who ever prices the groceries Walmart Langford branch is very thoughtless person they should be concerned about customers price of avocados each one was priced at 149 the bag full was totally rotten should be reasonably priced very poor quality not impressed this is for my sister inlaw
