Horrible customer service. They damaged my property on top of damages to the combo washer and dryer. Did an exchange and they sent the same incompetent delivery people who then refused to install my product and packed everything up and left. When trying to deal with the location they were extremely rude and said we were difficult customers… Never again will we be purchasing through the brick again! Would t even give a star if I could. We plan on making a report to corporate office.
