“Great customer service here, specially given that it is the city's main (perhaps only?) dedicated racquet sports store. Special shoutout to Carlos who has been incredibly helpful when stringing/demoing/purchasing racquets and very generous with his time when educating me about their products.My only criticism is the FINAL SALE return policy for items on sale as I think it has prevented me from making a few shoe purchases here, but this qualm is definitely not enough to deduct a star.”
“On my way down island to play at westhills, my son decides to tell me he needs his skates sharpened. I dropped in to see if I could get them sharpened right away as the game started in 25min!! The staff were right on it. I was walking out the door 10 min later with perfectly sharpened skates. Huge Thank you!!”

“We got a few things there. One item needed to do an alteration. Got it bacl and was not at all impressed with the job done by the seamstress . I could have done a much better job doing it myself. Something was done that I didn't asked for and now I have to undo what was not requested. But quality of the products and customer service are both excellent. If you need alteration on your clothing, take it to a professional.”
“After going to 6 competitor stores in search of the perfect raincoat, I decided to give Arc a try. I was hesitant due to the price point of their items. Not only was I being helped every step of the way, I never felt rushed. The employee who assisted me took the time to offer different styles and sizes, as well as layering options to ensure a perfect jacket.After finally narrowing down my top pick, I decided to wait on purchasing right then and there as it’s quite an investment.After about a week of pondering, I came back and the same employee greeted me and swiftly brought over the same jacket options I had been contemplating.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received, as well as my new rain jacket. “I attended to Coastline on June 14.2023 and Mike Redpath (pillar in surfing community for close to 30 years) helped find me a new perfect fit winter suit .No thrills , no gimmicks , no up-sell.. just straight up knowledgable man .I returned june 16.2023 and had 3 line staff help my wife and i buy a long board , board bag , gloves , boots etc all while keeping our 13 week baby mini shepard "Bear" occupied as we shopped. “Went into warrantee a few items and had awesome customer service in helping me fix a couple holes I had made in my jacket and ski pants. Took a little bit to get my puffy back from repairs but they did a fabulous job at fixing the wear I had accumulated over the 4 years I have had the puffy for so far (big yay for stores that support the longevity of their product :) ). Sure its pricey stuff (what isn't these days) but the elementsinc. website always has sweet deals that make it more affordable for me (got their highest end ski jacket for 60% off last year!!) and all my gear has lasted ages! Thanks Elements/Patagonia Victoria!”
