I had previously went to the Mayfair location looking to exchange a Christmas gift and received such awful customer service. When coming to the Langford location, every customer was greeted with a smile and positivity, including myself. Such an amazing experience

Didn't have the product I normally get, but the staff were soldier helpful, supportive and efficient in finding me some samples that would be as a substitute.

Everytime I’ve been in this location the staff have all been so friendly & helpful! There are always many staff members available to help which is rare these days. Great overall in-store experience!
