Great selection of new toys and educational games etc. Unfortunately very difficult to deal with when it comes to things like exchanges and refunds and discounts. The management and ownership of this organization seems to change on a regular basis, often leaving the staff confused. Not to mention the nature of increased cheapening of imported toys and products which lends them to needing more returns and exchanges. Cherry Bomb toys would be the way to go if you're looking quality, service and value.

With only 5 days notice, all Mastermind stores have stopped accepting gift cards. It doesn't seem like a coincidence they stopped just before Christmas. I feel sorry for all parents and grandparents who bought them for Christmas only to find them useless.

Here is the best place to buy a toy for children. Recently I bought an electric scooter for my son and it had some problem to use. They took it back and gave me a new one.They take care of toys and children’s hearts as well. I strongly recommend this toy store!

Buyer beware! We were told by the sales associate at the Langford Mastermind that they are not accepting returns as they have been disabled in their computer system and that Mastermind is likely going out of business. My son and I are super sad and disappointed. After one week his electric scooter stopped working - we learned of this information when we tried to return it ?

Our favorite toy store in Victoria! Everytime we walk into Masterminds, we are always greeted by friendly associates. The store is always tidy and easy to find products around the store. On our most recent visit, the store manager was excellent and helped my wife solve an issue we had with a previous purchase. Thank you!

Unhelpful staff and an overly complicated online order system. When your checkout guy is not serving anyone but there's a huge lineup for wrapping/online orders maybe have the checkout guy help out. Also, I can take out a mortgage easier than picking up an online order. It's a $30 toy, I don't think it needs to be super secure.

Don't fall for their cheaper "house brand" alternatives. We made this mistake with their Owl Toys modeling dough (a Play-Doh knockoff) and it was crusty and gross and dried up before the kids were even done playing with it once.
